“I ate here yesterday with some family members. Most of us ordered the 2 piece catfish plate. There was so much food, and the catfish was the biggest pieces of catfish I’ve ever gotten at a restaurant! It came with a bowl of pinto beans, hush puppies, coleslaw, pickled tomatoes, Texas fries, slices of onion, tomato, and lettuce, tarter sauce, and ketchup. The kid we had in the group ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, which wasn’t listed in the limited menu, but they were so nice and accommodated her. It came with Texas fries and they offered her different types of bread to put it on. The staff was so friendly and the view is amazing! We watched squirrels, chipmunks, and birds play outside the windows as we ate. Afterwards, we followed the hiking trail from the restaurant down to a creek that joins up with the city park. I highly recommend this place for the food, staff, atmosphere, and nature!”

“The end to our excursion to nearby Mt. View was close to disaster. My wife was hangrier than a trash panda at a wiener roast. To top it off, she was holding her bladder. While we waited for the staff to make our food fresh, my wife knitted her eyebrows tight and ran across the highway to use the restroom at an adjacent gas station. She came back to the best reminder of why Hardee's is one of the greats. Nice job, people.”
