“Great food but less than great service. Not sure if they just didn't like travelers or teenagers but we were pretty much ignored. Had to ask a couple times for our check. Was never told they added 18% gratuity. Still we returned the next day on a Monday and they didn't have fresh fruit. So weird. Sorry but felt disrespected for not being locals. ????”

You can always count on Denny’s! Black Bear down the street has better food but be prepared to pay for it and wait for it. I’d rather go to Denny’s.”

Few pastries Nd not to forget they do by request only sunny side up or omelettes included in the Buffett price. OJ, milk and coffee. Overall if ur a guest just enjoy it. If ur a visitor for an event I guess it's your choice. I felt after a $15 parking and paying $17.99 for Buffett it was a bid high for not having more food choices. But again you could have gone across the street to Denny's and got less for more $$ and bad service. Would I come back? Hmmmm!!! They don't offer breakfast menu. Only Buffett,..fortunate that they have Great customer service. They check on you more than once with a smile. The host is dressed nice. So overall I'm pressed and yea I would choose this over Dennys anytime. ”

“Staff was fantastic, but they seem to have a policy of overbooking, and we were the party who got bounced around. It didn't help that we finally got seated right next to a huge, loud, boisterous group, and had to shout to hear each other. But that is a management problem, and the staff who actually interacted with us, and finally found the solution, were excellent, professional, and very courteous.”

“Delicious Dim Sum in a beautiful space. I highly recommend the steamed shrimp dumplings, Shumai, steamed pork bun, steamed custard bun, shrimp rice noodle roll, and Shanghai dumplings. The shrimp is very fresh quality. We got a table next to the windows with an amazing bay view! They also ask you what kind of tea you want. Best Dim Sum I've ever had! The restaurant is in a giant Chinese style building, almost on the water. They don't rush you to leave, and keep everything super clean. They also have live seafood! Be back very soon! Came back again, and it was even better!!! The quality of the dim sum is AMAZING, and the custard buns are incredible. Still amazing view of SF. My #1 dim sum spot!!! Super clean and fancy interior.”
