They said the upstairs was closed off for the event, but my buddies and I arrived there before most of the clouds. “The pizza was amazing. The stuff was friendly but not very professional. They seemed to want to do well but not sure what they were supposed to do and when. Chairs are old and supper shaky (broken?..) and the tables could have been a bit cleaner. Also, it’s cold there. I might go back for that pizza, but the place needs some new chairs and better cleaners. Also, when you say “may I have this to go” if would be nice if they took your plate and boxed the food for you, rather than brought out the boxes for you to fiddle with them. This lack of courtesy kind of gives it a fast-food vibe. The prices are far from fast food, though.”

“Cashew milk-based ice cream with an option for a gluten-free come (in addition to gluten-full cones). Great options for those who are vegan, lactose intolerant, or otherwise dairy-free. (Obviously not for those with cashew/nut allergies.) Super creamy texture, lots of delicious-sounding flavors. I tried the caramel almond which the lady behind the counter said was the most popular, but I also tried the mocha chip which was her personal favorite - and I preferred the mocha chip, and got a scoop of that! A nice treat when visiting The Public Market!”

“I love visiting this little bakery. The beautiful colors of their macarons always put me in such a great mood. The bakery is conveniently located inside the food court in a small corner. The baked goods are delicious and affordable compare to other bakeries in the Bay area. They also have really interesting flavors for their macarons. My favorite was the Earl Gray tea macaron. I highly recommended this place.”

“The sandwich was decent but I had to go back three times to find them open. For some reason they close an hour before everyone else in Public Market, and I get home late from the city. They were also out of stock of pretty much every kind of bread, so hopefully they get their inventory situation figured out. I’ll give them another chance at some point, but it’s hard when other restaurants are so close and still open. Update (Dec 2018): I’ve been a few more times and the food is great. No bread problems, but they still close earlier than everyone else in Public Market.”

She accommodated us by taking back our food & bringing us fresh food. She was so attentive. It makes me happy to come across good hospitality & customer service. I think my only concern is the air conditioner is on full blast. Every visit, the air is always an issue. The staff is unable to turn it down. Its winter in December. That was probably the biggest contribution to our food being cold. Overall, good experience.”

Unfortunately don’t believe the schedule good luck finding this place open after 10p most nights.
