“Had a great experience here on a Sunday morning around 10 AM. Got a warmed up almond croissant that was lovely, and a quality cup of coffee to go with it. I also see that they have handmade baguettes for sale, which can be tough to find. Will be back for the handmade bread when I have some cheese at home to go with it!”

“We live in the neighborhood so we do our best to support the restaurant. We've met the owners and they are delightful but years later I think I'm giving up. Every time we go there is some sort of an issue. Wrong items, missing items, ridiculously slow service, you name it. Every single time we get take out they screw up the order and have mostly fixed it but why do I need to check every little thing? They have given us credits that were mysteriously missing the next time we come in... Last night we didn't get an online confirmation so we called ahead and was told it was ready. Upon arrival my kid was handed the order and headed out. I was elated it was actually ready but then I realized they didn't give her all the food... ah yes there it is... The food is delicious for sure but it's just not worth it anymore. And our favorite, the garlic cheese bread has gone from 4 large slices to 2 smallish dry crusts of bread (note the penny for scale) for 6 BUCKS?!? SHORT VERSION- food is good but for the price I'd go elsewhere unless you don't mind not getting what you ordered...”

“This review is long over due. About a year ago after attending the lecture about the influence of Japanese art on Western Art at Holy Names University, we were hungry. I searched on the restaurant near by and this restaurant popped up with 4.5 stars and the only one that opened late. We didn't expect anything much other than satisfied our hunger that evening! So, we gave it a try. When we walked in, we were nicely greeted by the hostess and sat us down. To our surprise, the food was just amazingly our of this world besides the attentive service from our server. At the end of our meal, the owner came to our table and introduced himself and comped us with a surprised desserts! We were very stuffed, but didn't stop us for a couple of desserts! lol If you are happened to be around Piedmont (Oakland), please give them a try! Not only they serve delicious food, but the ambience isn't bad either! We highly recommend this restaurant! Happy dining!”

“I have been eating this pizza since I was a little kid and it is amazing. But the prices are ridiculous. Literally $40 for ONE pizza. I never regret buying becausd it tastes amazing but when I am done my heart hurts knowing I won't have another one for a long while due to guilt of spending that much on something so temporal yet fulfilling. Also, they don't have BBQ sauce. It's odd to me. BBQ sauce is pretty popular. They have bbq chicken but no bbq sauce to go with it, it's odd and prevented my husband from getting anything. Great food and great service, poor pricing.”

“Fantastic service, wonderful staff, very patient with our kids (we had two 2 y/os and a 5 y/o in our party of seven), food came very quickly and was nice and hot. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Charming environment all around! We came at 9:30 on a Sunday and our way was about 20 minutes for our party of seven. Definitely recommend this place! Rare to find a brunch place that's so good with kids and really nice to see all ages around the room.”

“This place used to be Camber and changed in January 2019. Seems like it's mostly the same physical layout with a different menu. Came in here for an early dinner like 6pm on a Saturday, no wait but it got busy pretty fast. It's a fairly big restaurant (especially for Montclair!). Menu was sort of pan-Southeast-Asian, fairly Americanized with nothing too adventurous or particularly exotic. Pad Thai, noodles, rice, curries, etc. Our service and food were both quite prompt, though unexciting. The $6 sangria (?!) was actually fairly good, boozy and not too sweet. Servers and layout are reasonably kid-friendly (it's not fancy) but no kid menu or crayons or anything. Moderately loud, not intimate and not a place to impress a date. Overall it was an average value considering this is the Bay Area. Would come again but not dying to.”

By 6:30 I began to continuously call, too only get a full voicemail until I drive down there at 7pm. The phone magically rang and they picked up??! They said it was out for delivery. I drove home and gave it 10 more minutes, 7:30pm! I was leaving when delivery driver arrived, 2 hours after I ordered! He had one more delivery!?
