“Apart from the fact I fully ordered from the web app, only to be told (by the app itself) your order is ready for pick-up To then finding out it actually wasn't ready. Well the confusion between my phone and the fool I made of myself was ignored while the the small group of guys that made up the night shift were diligently creating perfection while zoned in on my order! So I quietly comfort tested the red leather seating area(super relaxing BTW) and in no time at all my order was called and taken priority over two people still at the counter. Five stars if the app was a lil more accurate!”

“Incredibly good pizza, I tried their garlic chicken and bacon pizza and it was delicious. The chunks of chicken were perfect bite sizes and the fresh veggies were aromatic and colorful. The sauce was light and the cheese was a nice blend of melty and manageable. I also got garlic sticks which were warm and soft, and hot wings which were fairly standard, but still satisfying. I ordered over the phone and the person taking my order was polite, professional, and read information back to ensure it was correct. They also use a mobile card scanner which makes paying with a card much easier. Delivery was estimated at 45 minutes, but by my watch they arrived almost 10 minutes early. The driver was very personable, kind, and well-spoken, I wouldn't be surprised to find that he's the owner. All in all, a great experience, and a very satisfying meal. They can count on my business whenever I'm in the area.”

“3 stars because it's dominos. I like Dominos, but I can't stand the people that work for them. The people that work at this location seem slow. They get simple things wrong a lot. You want hearty marinara on your pasta? You might get alfredo sauce...sometimes I think that if i order the opposite of what I want, I will have a better chance of getting it. I once ordered online. A woman called me and said they were out of something I ordered and if I wanted something else. She was rude about it, as if I was to know they were out. Instead of apologizing, she hung up immediately after I told her what I wanted instead. I thought this rude, so I tried calling back right away to cancel the entire order, but it took forever to get a hold of the same lady. When I told her to cancel everything, she said: "But it's already made." I told her I didn't care. She kept asking why I wanted to cancel. Then she asks why it took me so long to call back and cancel. I told her how I did call back, but some new guy who didn't know what he was doing put me on hold instead of just cancelling Dan's order like he was asked to. Her response: "So...you want to cancel your order because my worker put you on hold?" After all that explaining, she still didn't understand. As soon as I confirmed that I wouldn't be charged for the order, I hung up on her without another word. Treat your customers better and stop trying to find ways to make them at fault.”
