“I happened to walk by and noticed that they had Indian spice flavored pizzas and I had to try it! The guy at the register (owner I think) was very nice and friendly and helped me pick the pizza I actually really enjoyed! Wow, the ingredients are clean and fresh and the crust is just perfect- not too thin and not too thick, perfectly crispy. “Yeah the service isn’t great but the food is! Especially for the price. Had the basic three item bento with teriyaki chicken, sashimi, and California roll. But all the bentos were good. Short ribs were yummy! Costs a little more. Hamachi Don came with big pieces of fish. Other rolls were good too. Miso soup had unique taste compared to what I’m used to. Really didn’t disappoint. “TLDR: food and price deserve 5+ but ordering and kitchen logistics were really bad at the beginning. We visited this place in the first week it opened. We arrived a bit late so our food came fast, but server told us there was a major mess in the kitchen and I saw servers struggling with multiple orders from other customers, so there’s still a huge room for improvement on logistics. Aside from that, foods are pretty good (very authentic northern China taste) with very reasonable price. I’d try this place later again, hopefully they could figure out a better service plan.”

Would highly recommend the pork katsu, and recommend eating the cheese katsu while it’s warm (or re heat it so the cheese is runny/soft). The sauce was rich and buttery with a nice balance of sweetness and savoriness. The spices used in the dish gave it an amazing aroma and added depth to the flavor.
