“Excellent deep dish pizza! It was perfectly made with excellent melty mozzarella and rustic vegetables smothered in a chunky tomato sauce. The crust was excellently made as well. Large pizza was quite filling for 4 people. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a taste of Chicago deep dish on the west coast.”

“As always food was excellent. However service was poor. Possibly a new waiter. No water refills and soup and salad with entree wasn't served until I asked. No check-back during meal. Server was polite but didn't seem to know what to do.”

“For all of its gourmet pizzerias with their slew of imaginative topping combinations, the Bay Area is surprisingly short of good old New York-style thin crust pizza pies. While still not on par with the Big Apple's best, Amici's East Coast Pizzeria will satisfy the cravings of most transplants, and without breaking the bank. Pan-browned gnocchi also worthwhile. Good beer on tap to wash it down.”

“Maria Maria in Danville and Walnut Creek are our go to places for comfort food. The taste is quite Americanised but is definitely much much better than On The Border. The sizzling fajitas are the best here.”

“Our visit due to nostalgia and LOVED IT!” Never thought we would ever get to eat at Bridges but the time finally came. The food was delicious. Service was fantastic. We will definitely dine here again. Unfortunately I did not get asked "smoking or non-smoking" when I checked in for my reservation & didn't see jambalaya on the menu LOL.”

“Servings are generous. Service is great. Food is decent but a bit under seasoned. Underwhelming compared to how people describe it in other reviews.”

“Good food, upscale so a bit expensive. Kid dishes are big (2 kids can share a pizza for example). The dessert was good as well. Overall, if you don't mind the prices, I'd recommend the place!”

“Wow! Their biscuits are GIGANTIC, which makes the biscuits and gravy almost a meal in itself. The food is solid home-style...and plenty of it. Prices are very reasonable. I love pancakes, and these were really good. Don't be afraid to ask for a to-go box. They will gladly accommodate.”

“Love their attentive staff! It really puts this restaurant ahead of all others. Hey, the food and drinks are great too!”

“There are only good aspects to this place. It has great atmosphere, great service, an amazingly friendly and involved owner, a small bar area with 2 discreet TVs for those desiring a game, and the best part...AMAZING food. Some dishes are homemade recipes (all of which so far have been excellent). I've tried many things on the menu and only one was only good. The rest are outstanding. Everyone who works here is also very friendly and as accommodating as possible. It gets busy on weekends, so reservations are recommended. While there is no Happy Hour, the bar is always almost full or full anyways. I enjoy a good HH, but still come here sometimes because the TV, music, other bar customers and the owner, Evelyn, or her daughter who man the bar are always enjoyable to be around. Also, if you go, dont forget to smell the fresh flowers. Evelyn is always buying fresh, beautiful flowers (from the local Trader Joes) and arranging them herself. Enjoy!”

“Cocktail select is good. Had the fish tacos very tasty nice presentation. Bar area was nice but the bar stools are a little uncomfortable they have no backs. Would definitely go back looking forward to the new outside seating this summer.”

“Acceptable food here but not great. Quick service....not much help on answering questions. Very familiar with Panda Express in Nova and it is far superior. Exactly the same food choices at both places but the preparation, seasoning and overall quality in Novato is consistintly far superior. So I know it can be done very well....and just can't give the Danville location a higher rating.”

“Good food, friendly service. The ambience could use some sprucing up, don't let that scare you the food is good. Been here many times and have like everything we've ordered.”

“The quality of food is amazing. Location is in the ideal place and the service is super nice and polite. I look forward to weekend trips to Noah's Bagels. I do get my coffee from Peet's right next door but that is why it is the ideal location. I can have the best of both. Tami, the manager is super friendly and so are the rest of the staff”

“Enjoyed a thin crust sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza today. Its probably the best pizza I've found in Nor Cal in over fifty years! Pretty close to the NY style pizza that I grew up with. It's all about the crust and the sauce, both thin and flavorful. If the sauce were a little more 'soupy', and the cheese a little more plentiful and hot, it would be spot on. A good NY pizza should threaten to burn the roof of your month!! You gotta be careful with the first bite! Prices were reasonable and perhaps a tweak less than others. Highly recommend!”

“Open for lunch. Great atmosphere on the inside and nice outdoor seating. They have blankets if your chilly outside. The inside is a trendy design. The seats closer to the bar are comfortable. There are 2 TVs at the bar and looks like a nice spot to hang out. The hamburger was very good! The fries were good too. The Ahi salad was a bit salty so may not get that again. The service was just right. They have Danville pricing $$$ but that's expected. Remember parking in the area is all free. I'll be back!”

“A friend asked me to lunch here and I am so glad I said yes!!!! Never heard of this place before, but so happy it's in my life now. This place is so fresh and delicious, you don't feel uncomfortably stuffed when leaving. They also have two kiosks to self order which was fast and easy. The pop here is awesome too--made with aguave, natural sugar!!! Seriously cannot wait to come back to this place and try a breakfast sandwich. Everything on the menu looks appetizing. I got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with the split pea and kale soup. You'll feel so good after eating here !”

“Great little place to try craft beers and grab a bite. The bet selection is good and the good had been tasty in my experience, expect burgers, fries and related appetizers. There parking lot is on the small side so you'll want to check their busy times. There is street parking in the vicinity.”

“Prosciutto Sandwich was good I suggest toasting the bread. They make their own potato chips equally good. On the way out we bought a fresh apple pie. They have a few different pies like cherry and pumpkin to choose from. Great for Thanksgiving.”
