    The table s were dirty I had move, but my waiter was good.

    We like coming to this place because of the waffles and coffee pot being set at the table. It is not the best but the service is great 90% of the time. This past Sunday we went and despite being told "there is a large party ahead of you, your seating and food may be delayed about 20 to 30 minutes" we got pretty fast service. I think that deserves 5 stars.

    Our server was great! I was on a budget and could not tip her but she was very attentive and nice. I love rhis IHOP the manager is a really nice person.

    Went on NYE for a quick bite. Very nice staff. Yummy food. Right across from BART.

    Very friendly servers and food was served as fast as possible because it was packed. Food was very tasty and everything was neat and clean.
