panCoast pizza

This place is absolutely worth the price. The biggest difference between pancoast and others is that they have much better ingredients. Where else can you get arugula and truffles and kalmata olives? Also the Stromboli is way bigger than you would expect it to be. I only wish you could see the past daily pizzas because they are all really good and it would be good inspiration. My personal go to is kalmata olives, feta cheese, and basil.

Descent Italian food. 4 star service! Got the rigatoni ala Bologna and pasta carbonation. Loved the fried zucchini, complimentary appetizers. Bread basket was a good idea as well!

This was nice surprise I was driving home starving as I saw this place pulled over and had one of the best slices of pizza in a long time. The pizza was cooked perfectly reminded me of New York style pizza in San Francisco.

There is a lot to like about panCoast. The Italian American pizza was good, my Bros favorite in the area. Next time I would order their "supreme" they would do that well.

If going for a more NY pie, personally I would order a little more time in the oven. I like the crust a little more done. I might even ask for a little less cheese on my "half".While I love cheese the best pizza has a balance of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. That is why I like the combinations more here. They have some interesting ones.
