“We had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, Green Goddess chicken salad, fries and a drink. I asked to make the sandwich extra spicy, and, they changed an extra dollar for that upgrade, which seemed out of place for such a basic request. Worse of all, the sandwich was not spicy, so my guess is, they didn't add any extra sauce to the sandwich, that I got up charged for. Now for the good part, the salad was very good, and l would recommend that for sure. The gentleman behind the counter was helpful too. However, if I decide to get a spicy chicken sandwich in the future, I most likely will go the the other restaurant near by instead.”

“Love this new sushi place! Really good and all fresh ingredients. Including fresh crab meat! Tried a bunch of different rolls, crudos, sashimi and appetizers. Some of the group favorites were the 23 and the Buddha roll. Lotus appetizer was really interesting as well. Can’t wait to come back.”

“This place has some of the best dim sum around. You have to try the baked pork bun, which is delicious. The dough is very airy and chewy and the pork filling is both savory and slightly sweet and it is topped with a sweet and crunchy topping that survived the trip home. The pan fried chive dumplings are another favorite, with tasty fresh chives, chewy wrapper and finished with a garlic crust. Their chow fun is some of the best I’ve had. They manage to get great separation on the noodles so the flavors permeate throughout. We had the beef chow fun and it was very tasty and tender beef, a family favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you check this spot out”

“Came in first thing in the morning. The store was nice and clean. I was greeted and helped right away. Ordered a grande caffe americano and got it within minutes. This store has always been my go Starbucks near work. There's 2 other Starbucks near by but I like going to this one. They have a really nice staff, the store is always clean and I always get my drink in a timely manner. When I mobile order, they have a very good system. I can always find my order right away. Parking is easy as well.”

“These guys are insanely good at what they do. I live in Santa Rosa in the North Bay but went down to Concord recently for the weekend and went to the Starbucks in the mall there in Walnut Creek. All I have to say is wow the people in the North Bay have nothing to complain about at their job when you see how fast these people move at the Starbucks at this location. They are serving so many orders to the public to coworkers of the mall that are picking up their coffees on their way to work and triple tasking every step of their day. All the while they were all very attentive and helpful and friendly great job team in the Walnut Creek Mall.”

“This morning my Mom passed away from a long battle with cancer. I stopped by for a coffee before I went to my Dad's house to see her body and say goodbye, even though I knew she was already gone. It was the longest day ever. I went into the store and the barista asked how I was doing. I told him I was feeling pretty bad, without providing the details. He was very kind to me, and wished me well even as I left the store. Small things like this mean a lot. It was the hardest day of my life.
