“This was my third time going here and it happened to be my mother's birthday. Food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent. The service was excellent the first 2 times, however, this last time, they were not very attentive and hence the 4, but for this particular visit, I would typically rate their service at 3. The food is fresh and hot. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. I feel like their take on Italian food is authentic-- a true taste of Italy.”

I have now been here twice since the open and each time have been pleasantly surprised with just how delicious the food is, and how lovely the ambiance is! The Bingsuu served here is fresh, lightly sweetened, and a real delight, especially on the hot summer days. So far, I’ve had the mango, strawberry, matcha red bean, and chocolate flavors, with my favorite being the mango for how fresh and sweet it was. All dishes come with a small serving of sweetened condensed milk for added creaminess. Note: the portions are huge! (As is traditional of this dessert). I recommend splitting with someone, maybe two people, even for the regular size.”

The juices and shake were delicious and I actually felt no hunger pains throughout the process. I battled the mental side of things, but it was actually one of the easiest cleanses I’ve done. “Nice handmade dumpling 🥟 place!!! I like the fired dumpling the most, hot and juicy. The crab one it’s alright for me, but they used actual material and 100% handmade. “The flavors were unique. The chickens crust was crunchy and moist. We ordered half/half on all our chicken. So they bring some spicy and soy sauce flavored pieces. I had the drumsticks, wings, and some strips. All was good. The heat on the spicy wasn't immediate, it built. Wasn't expecting it, but I'm a glutton for punishment. They were extremely busy but the server was patient and courteous. Will be back soon”

“We dined at dinner time the day after their soft opening. Staff was still learning table numbers, and we were waiting for over an hour for two items we ordered. The food was delicious and was served attractively. There were 4 or 5 folks hand making the dumplings behind a clear panel. They were working quickly. We wondered if the kitchen was the hold up with our items? The dining room was full, and several to-go orders went out the door while we were there. We may go back after giving them time to get a few more procedures worked out.”

“Really good soup dumplings ("XLB"). The soup inside was hot, temperature wise, the way I like it. Definitely not a fast place but I rather have the soup dumplings served well than rushed. I did see a lady who looked like she was a server on the phone in one of the dining booths when I came in. She didn't look my way and the kitchen staff had to signal to her and she still didn't look over. A younger man popped out and served me instead and he was great. A tip for the owners: your soup dumplings are very hot temperature wise, it's great flavor wise, but you may want to put a warning on your menu and have your staff explain it before people eat it. There will also be a lot of people who may not know there is hot soup inside of the dumplings so use your menus and staff as an opportunity to expand that understanding.”

Accidentally ordered from their sister location 15 minutes driving south one way, and instead of sending me to the restaurant we pre-ordered the meal, they offered for them to make the food fresh so we wouldn’t have to wait / drive… and they took care of the rest. “Here's a 5-star review, but take it as a grain of salt. I know most of this world is full of liars these days; politicians, corporations, individual people; 90% of you are terrible. Regardless, IF the information on the Nutrition label is accurate, then this place is great for stocking up on prepped food. I just don't believe it. I usually eat once a day because I don't mind that feeling of starvation. My sister brought me some tri-tip dish the other day, with some veggies and cauliflower rice at 480 calories; yet I calculated the information and it equated to less; I also do not believe the dish is JUST 480 calories. That was like half a steak and a full bed of "rice," with some veggies. I ate it at 4pm, and I felt completely full until the next day at 4pm. Right now I'm eating chicken fried rice, labeled at 330 calories, and it seems too good to be true”
