“I've thought about this one. My main suggestion is to get one of their regular dogs, instead of a specialty dog, on your first visit. That may make the experience better. My dog was difficult to eat without getting nearly half of it all over me. I briefly considered a knife and fork, but that would not have done... After the challenge of eating it, I would say it was okay. There was not much special beyond a lot of toppings. Their house made potato chips were really good. I do reccomend those... My wife had fish and chips. She liked it and the peice I had was good. It's the value proposition that gives it a middle range score. The food was overall okay, but at about $15 each for lunch, it didn't feel worth it...”

“Been to Umi probably a dozen times at this point and not once have I been disappointed. I've had about 20 different rolls and all of them have been good. My favorite is the godzilla roll. The crunchy roll is another top pick. I go here for lunch on average once per week and they always have my order ready when I arrive. Best sushi place in the area for the money.”

“We have visited this location several times. The staff is usually very friendly, just very busy. The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms, just getting worn and dated. They do have the new soda machine with a gazillion flavor combinations. Something for everyone. We have picky eaters who always modify their selection, and they are usually fine with the changes and get the order right. The sourdough jack and curly fries is a definite favorite. We have yet to try the mobile order, but someone popped in and picked up their order while we continued to wait. There may be something to that we have yet to discover. Probably faster.”

“Honestly the food here is, in large, very good. Portions seem fine and the price is maybe slightly high, but that is the cost for good food this flavorful I think. The service is fine and they seated a large group right away during a weekday lunch. The reason I'm deducting 2 stars: 1. soda. I hate when I go to a sit down restaurant and they hand you a can of soda. Every restaurant should have a fountain. 2. I got 2 really hard pieces of cartilage in 2 different chicken dishes. Generally speaking at places like this I'm assuming they cut up meat and cook it themselves, so I hope in the future the chef can spot theses pieces and cut them out. We will definitely go back.”

“I took my mom here for their Mother's Day Brunch. This was my first time here. Our server Brandi was wonderful and sweet, she had our beverages full at all times and was consistently taking plates that were finished with. The buffet for the Mother's Day event was outstanding! There was a huge selection with bottomless mimosas included (which was a hit with my mom!). I will definitely come back for dinner. The food was all cooked very well, all delicious!”

“Took forever to get a seat the past two times I've gone. Before you walk in the door there was also a diaper laying on the ground which didn't smell all too great. The food is definitely the best part. Parking can also be an issue as it the lot can fill up pretty fast. All in all it's a decent place to go to brunch.”

“We’ve eaten inside, done ordering through the app and sat in the drive through. We find that no matter which way you go, the service seems a bit slow. Off all the choices, we usually end up in the drive through. The kids love burgers and we eat plenty of them from nice restaurants, but sometimes the kids just want a burger or a sausage McMuffin. Typically if you order any breakfast items in the afternoon, you’ll be asked to wait in front at a specific location to wait for your food. Overall, we find the staff to be pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. They usually get our order correct, unless there is something unusual with changing toppings, and that’s hit or miss.”

“The food was good but it's under new ownership and not quite ready for a crowd. I ordered the BLTA with upgraded garlic fries. The bar looked great. Same dark, Irish pub feel as before. Service was friendly and spot on. My guy had a beer on tap and asked about the "36 Handles" club. The new owners are upholding that but are choosing to toss out the better perks. Drink 36 of their tap beers and you get a mug. It doesn't sound as fun as it once did. Best of luck to them though. I plan on trying it again after they're settled in.”
