“One of the most creative and fun-filled dining experiences I have ever had. Tim really pushes the boundaries of what you can put into a sandwich. His creations astound the mind and palette and make it so challenging to select a sandwich from the menu as you'll want to try so many of the different creative concoctions he's derived. Imagine taking a signature dish from cuisines around the world pairing it with an array of sauces and even snack foods from that region and putting that all in a sandwich. The man is a creative genius. We had the honey walunut prawn sandwich, the cauliflower 65, and Madras Curry fries.”

“Great food, nice atmosphere, remarkably nice paper napkins. Seriously, we brought a couple home with us and everyone who uses them keeps commenting on how nice they are. On to the important stuff: my family tried the sausage sandwich and two of the soups. Everything was excellent. My parents were a little disappointed that bread doesn't come with the soup, but that isn't really a big deal to me *shrug* Sausage is made in house, so I recommend trying it if you get the chance! For lunch, you order and pay at the counter, and they bring the food to your table.”

“Amazing restaurant. The owners were super nice, and this poke was honestly the best we've ever had. It also just looks beautiful. See the pictures! We also got the pork and pineapple dish, which comes dressed in lots of their sauce. The sauces were delicious and the pulled pork was even better. The fruits were fresh. This is the place to eat if you're passing by! It's also conveniently located right next to a huge parking garage, so parking isn't a problem like it is for the other restaurants in the town.”

“After reading the reviews and checking the place out for myself a few times, I think the diversity of reviews portrays an accurate picture of this place. Pros: Beer is good with many options. They also have beers from other breweries (my favorite was from one of those). Of the three breweries I tried in Placerville, I like the beer here best. Food is good (burger, clam chowder, fries). Staff checked in on us regularly but I could see them easily getting backed up and patrons feeling ignored if the place got busy. Back patio was nice and worth revisiting. Cons: Clam Chowder was served cold. It tasted fantastic, and I don't care if they had to microwave it to heat it up (ordered at 2:30pm), but it was room temperature when served to me. When asked to have it reheated, it came back warmer, but not hot. Overall I enjoyed the place and will return if I'm in Placerville again.”

Corn bread is good, and so is the honey butter. Cole Slaw and beans are also decent, but the beans are a style I'm not too thrilled with. Staff is accommodating and they take phone orders. My daughter requests I pick up Hog Wild when I'm driving through Placerville (we live 3 hours away).”

“Stumbled upon this cozy little French cafe in Diamond Springs and decided to stop and check it out. We had already eaten but tried the pasteries. I loved the profiteroles. There isn't very much seating but the decor is kinda cool and I love the smallish bar (seats maybe 6?). There were a lot os small decorative touches that probably took a lot of thought, and I appreciate that. The menu was fab and we are looking forward to returning for dinner.”
