“I love this new locally-owned taproom in Shingle Springs. Beer Temple carries a wide selection of beers on tap and they have even more in cans and bottles. The owners are super friendly, and the casual atmosphere is perfect for my husband and I to grab a drink together after work. “This place is definitely one of those hole in the wall places that you wouldn't initially know is there. I liked the simplicity of the menu and the fact that it changes day to day, which keeps the dishes interesting. I ordered a tri tip burrito and I will say the size for the price was great :) toasty not soggy tortilla and lots of food packed in; however I feel like there was too much rice. If it was more equal parts of beans and rice rather than the rice overpowering the burrito I would have given this burrito 5 stars. I will say that it was still fresh and hot even after a 20 minute walk back to my house which is impressive. I look forward to coming back soon and seeing this place grow!”

“I’ve been to Chando’s 3 times since they’ve opened a few weeks ago. The food is delicious. I’ve had the tacos, nachos, and burrito. All are amazing and bring a unique taste. Not your average Mexican food. The servers have always been kind and welcoming. We were seated within 10 minutes of arriving even on a Saturday night at 6pm. I can agree with previous reviewers that they are experiencing some new location growing pains because it did take a long time for our food to be brought to us after ordering. However, our server made sure he took care of us during the wait. I believe they will improve once the new team has smoothed out the kinks. I’m excited to have Chando’s Cantina located in Town Center”

“It's great, if you like lounging outside. If you're looking to take a break and warm up, choose another restaurant. It's just an open (uncovered) deck with lots of tables, a walk-up kitchen, and outdoor grill area. Situated out of the way and lower than surrounding areas, you can ski down to it but may work off some of those calories you just ate getting back up the hill to the lifts. The restrooms are even further away, behind the restaurant.”

“This place is okay. We were hungry for breakfast and walked out hungry for breakfast. It was 40$ for three of us including drinks. To have a meal that was filling would have been twice as much. The crapes were about the size of a pizza slice. That’s including the filling. Two of us thought the food was okay and the other one loved their food. All of us were still hungry when we left. Great location and good atmosphere. The three stars is mostly because of unfriendly staff. Felt like I was putting them out if I asked questions about the menu.”

“It's more restaurant than a brewery or tap room. This means I have to judge the food and service way more than the beer. I ordered a burger, medium. The meat was great, the bottom bun was soggy, and the beer battered fries were below average. Okay service, our waitress had a 20 person table too so I'm not too critical of the service. Food delivery was fast.”
