“It’s always nice when you are warmly welcomed once you step into a restaurant. Our server, Lenka, was very attentive and warm and took the time to explain the dishes we were interested. We have never tried Czech cuisine outside Prague. It’s literally the first time ever we tried it in California and so we were surprised and excited to know how the food tasted like. Without hesitation, we will recommend this restaurant when you come to Lake Tahoe. The restaurant is extremely clean. Service is excellent and the food is very tasty, very good Czech flavour. We particularly liked the schnitzel and the garlic bread. Worth a try! We would give the restaurant a 4.5.”

“Love this place. It is a beer place with some really good items on the menu. The baked brie might be our all time favorite appetizer. Wedge salad is a simple dish and McP delivered at tasty version of it. Pork sliders were great as well. We visit McP's every time we are in South Lake Tahoe.”

“We had bratwurst, fries, and beet salad. As well as beer n cider. I lived in Germany for nine years n this reminded me of a German pub there. The beer selection was good n the food was decent. I wouldn't say its the best brats I ever had but I'm not in Germany so I don't expect everything to taste the same. I thought it was a fun place to gran some good brew n fries though.”

“Went here on Easter Sunday and upon walking up we expected to wait quite awhile, but we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away on the patio. There was live music and the patio had a great vibe. Our server Andrey greeted us right away and he was extremely helpful and very fast. Our burgers and beers came out quickly and were absolutely delicious. We will definitely stop in here again. Delightful experience from start to finish.”

“Was starving after a long day of hiking, and was having trouble finding a place open past 9. Cafe Fiore was a beacon of hope for us, it’s hours saying they were open till 10. We could t believe it. We pulled in, mouths watering. The place looked adorable and smelled even better. We were greeted by a man that told us the kitchen was closed. It was barely past 9. He gave us two suggestions that were also closed, and then finally told us we should go to Denny’s. Which is basically telling us to Go F Ourselves. The moral of this review is don’t have your hours say you’re open till 10 and close your kitchen at 9. Wish we could have tried it.”

“Really awesome place! We came here as a family for their demo bikes (day rentals.) They start at fifty dollars for full suspension, and have an extensive variety of sizes for all different ages. Bikes are of very high quality, and even completely clean. They adjusted the seat height and suspension for us, too. Beyond the bikes themselves, they gave us some great recommendations for where to ride, and had professional and SUPER friendly service. One thing to note is that they did not have half day rentals, so it would be best to come towards the beginning of the day for the maximum worth for your money. We really enjoyed our ride, Thanks!”

The boy almost finished it by himself. He definitely liked. I had the Barnyard Burger which was cooked medium. I don't like my burgers dried out. The burger was juicy and had a great taste. “It is over-priced. I ordered the scallops and for $28 you get 3 scallops on a pile of lentils. I suggest the restaurant change the side to wild rice and green beans or garlic mashed potatoes. They do put lentils on everything including the appetizer, which I like but it's cheap. I gave 4 stars because my husband's bison steak was cooked to perfection and overall the food tastes good. They also have a pretty view and clean restaurant.”
