“I’ve been going to Shotz for about four years now and always have great coffee and contact with the employees. Unfortunately today on Saturday, September 10, 2022 I had a very poor experience with an employee. It wasn’t anything drastic, it was just the common courtesy type thing i.e. Hi, how are you today? Additionally, when my transaction was done, there was no verbal contact like, thank you or have a nice day. I don’t wish to make a mountain out of a mole hill but someone should remind Cass that customer service is the key to repeat business and building a successful business.
