“Love the tasty bakery treats and drinks. We got about 6 different pastries to try and loved all of the. We got the buns that were filled with like a cream cheese filling. We also tried the smoothies and they had great flavor. We have yet to try the cakes or savory items but they look delicious. They also have a nice little sit down area like a cafe to enjoy your sweet treats or even bring your laptop to do some work. It's a bit noisy so maybe not serious studying.”

“This restaurant is a good solid average decent quality Italian food. Being Italian myself I normally cook my own Italian food when I get the urge. Once in awhile I go out that someone make it for me and serve it to me. The restaurant itself is basic it doesn't offer a lot of amenities, space is tight. The serving staff are very efficient but seem hurried and rather loud and imperative when they take your order. The antipasto salads are very nice, minestrone soup is worse than Campbell's canned variety so I don't recommend it. The lasagna is were baked and pronounced very nice by those who ordered them. The meatballs seemed processed and probably started out life Frozen, again only average. There was plenty of bread served which was very pleasant I thought. Definitely not a fine dining experience, nice place to go get full on Italian food.”

“This is a decent Mexican place; by this I mean that the place is homey, the food is good and the service is as well. I ate the Chicken Mole and it was tasty (I finished the plate). Salsa was decent, the horchata was palatable. The staff is aware and attentive while not being too attentive (if you know what I mean). It's the local Mexican restaurant and it's not bad (as some of them are); I have been there more than once and will go back again.”

“This was our first time here. We are from Memphis Tennessee and have been in California for 2 years. We have been looking for a good place to go and get some good fried catfish. This place is great ! they do their catfish a little different than we do in the south but it was very good! Totally took away my cravings! Our service was great!”

“Small greasy spoon, 4 small tables inside and 2 outside. The food is really good and fresh. Green chili burritos with sauce on top, soft or fried chicken tacos are really good. They have a large variety of single plates or combinations. If you like to drink beer and watch sports you can order your food at Little Joe's go next to the Bit beer bar and Joe's will deliver your food to you.”

“Best egg tarts ever. There are three styles of egg tarts - traditional shortbread crust, Portugese, & flaky crust, all with creamy and smooth egg custard. We also like their breads. My 11 yr-old likes everything here, but I prefer JJ’s pineapple buns. Kee Wah has the most adorable gifts - tins decorated with supercute pandas, koalas, penguins, and more, hold yummy pastries inside. This is a great place to get gifts. Really kind and attentive service - we come here at least 4-6 times per month to buy bread. The staff is generally nice.”

“It is no accident that Italian cooking is so popular, for this is a cuisine rich in flavor and depth. A very little known fact is that Italian cookery is nothing like what we here in America think it is. Authentic Italian cooking is very different than what we eat here, in fact, it is better. Italy is a country in western Europe that is well known for its food. Italy is divided into two parts, northern and southern. Each part has a very different cuisine. Italy is also divided into twenty regions or provinces, each with a specific food found mostly in that area. Northern Italy is very different from southern Italy because of geography. The geography of both the north and the south are very different, creating different cuisines. The south is mainly coastal, so fish is the main food. The north is mountainous in some parts, meaning rabbit, veal, chicken, and lamb are the main sources of food. The north also uses white cream sauce on the pasta, while the south uses almost only tomatoes. The south usually gets its seafood from the Adriatic or Mediterranean Seas. Many people believe that pasta originated in Italy, but this has been found to be untrue. Marco Polo traveled to China and brought noodles back to Italy. The Chinese noodles can be dated back to the year 1 B.C. Pasta consists generally of wheat and water, making it high in carbohydrates.”

“It was a 45 minute wait time and I can say it was well worth it and I would do it again. I went in from Phoenix and was browsing for a place to eat when I came across this restaurant. It had great reviews so we gave it a shot and was not disappointed. Customer service was fantastic and fast despite the waiting time to be seated. We ordered the original bao, pork soup, ribs, dumplings and fried rice. We left satisfied and we'll be coming back when we're in town.”

“I go here frequently because the food is that good! Lines are quite long around lunch and dinner time so I suggest to get there a little early for lunch (11:30 or so) when the restaurant just opens. Everything is tasty here, but the ones I highly suggest are the sausage rice, beef noodle, and pop corn chicken. Their shaved ice is also really good for the price but I feel like they reduced the size recently. Overall prices are reasonable and almost everything is good there, although not everything is worth the price.”
