“I really like Starbucks for their customer service, the staff that works there always seemed to help coffee is pretty darn good and food is definitely good. I do sometimes prefer smaller coffee shops but Starbucks always seem to come through.”

“All Starbucks are not equal. This is one of the best and it is my neighborhood joint. It’s a friendly place that is managed well and serves its lattes perfectly every time. They also do a good job of keeping it clean and safe.”

“I've been twice, different customer service each time. A young gentleman gave me great service, great explanation, even over the phone. The pizza was not as nice as I thought it would be when the young man enthusiasticly explained that they use only the best vegan cheese. It was ? but left a lot to be desired. I would almost prefer to wait 15 min to have a whole, fresh pizza than just the last 3 slices available. It was dry, hard and thin. The only thing that made it worth while was the flavor that seemed to taste a lot like black olives which my kids happen to hate but loved it in this pizza. Maybe next time I will be more pushy in requesting a whole pizza. My second experience was not as great it was when I actually got the pizza. The gal serving was not at all amused or helpful. I also ordered some grilled veggies but they lacked in freshness, were overdone, extremely dry, the only plus was that they had a kick to them. I would have been better off going home to make some frozen veggie stir fry with the same Ingredients. My kids and I loved their donuts, pastries. When we go back I will likely call in first to see who is running the show that particular day. I'm well aware that with COVID19 everyone is having a hard time so good customer service is difficult to maneuver. I am a victim of domestic violence, homeless, during both my visits I was kind to whomever was serving me, my kids were polite. I was happy to give us a little treat for a birthday, and a just because I wanted to get food out somewhere nice rather than home cooked vegan food. The food is not cheap, the drive was long. I bit the bullet because I don't eat out everyday. The least I expect is a smile, a thank you, some polite conversation. I would love to work there, I would be delighted with every customer who walked in. People hardly get social interaction because of our circumstances, shouldn't that time with every stranger be uplifting?”

“This place was so good! My family had the fish and chips and they loved it. I had the turkey burger and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The waitress was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for a pub. I highly recommend their chips as well”

“Great and customizable!! They have almond milk and coconut milk options, which is great. They even have many sweetness levels. Didn't get the full stars simply because customer service could be a bit better.”

“This is clearly one of the coolest place to eat in the region. Always when I go there I am extremely happy. They always keep their high standard service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You will be always satisfied with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.”

“Exceptional cocktail menu is a lively start to the adventure. The choices were difficult to distill down to one choice. The server was patient and informative when queried for ideas & opinions. Dishes were received in a timely manner, and attendants were very diligent to our needs. The Mole, in the chicken enchilada was exceptional, as was the other dishes in our selection. Parking was readily available and within a short walking distance.”

“Definitely a 4. Strong 4. Espresso and Late coffee was great for my friends. And it's lovely atmosphere inside. Also quiet. Music is playing on the background not too loud. But my freshly brewed coffee had a such a bad taste that I wold remove it from the menu in total so that people wold not get disappointed.”

“Great views from the rooftop here! It is right on the pier at Santa Monica. The hostess told us to go up two flights of stairs but the second flight was a little hard to find and we walked into a private event on accident. The hallways could use some signage! The food and drinks were delicious and not too expensive. We did not have to wait very long for service. There were a few pesky birds that were eating off people’s tables after they’d leave but they left us alone at least! For how busy the pier was, I was pretty surprised that we easily found a table. There seemed to be room at the bar as well. Good place to stop by for a view from above the crowds! Most of the tables have umbrellas so that helps with the sun. The menu was not huge and the food was fresh. It was easy to pick what I wanted! Delicious salad with tons of toppings.”

“New management seems to have improved the place. It's usually not real busy. Pool is free. Shuffle board. Nothing special but it does the truck if you're looking for a place to kick back and hang with since friends. ”

“This is an ideal spot for a date, with their beautiful patio and chill ambiance. The food menu is really limited, and very overpriced (as is expected from such a restaurant). Wine markups were even worse. Perfect place to go on a date from time to time, but not the sort of restaurant one would go on a regular basis.”

“Love the rebrand. This place has all the right stuff for. Westside bar. The drinks are tasty and the food.is great. I had a sausage and jalapeno pizza that I'd Uber Eats again to cure a hangover! The layouts perfect for birthdays and events and decor is good for the gram. I am also a fan of clean bathrooms at bars and I wasn't afraid to touch anything in this one. +5 I am excited to see this bar in full bloom this Spring/Summer.”

“Came here on a busy Friday night. Started off in the basement bar where we got some drinks and listened to live music. Then explored the 1st floor and outside. Finally went upstairs to the birdcage and danced the night away. Very cool venue which has a bit of everything for everyone.”

“Jinky's cafe has a huge menu! There are many delicious breakfast options to choose from and the coffee is also really good. We got an item from the specials menu, crab cake Benedict, and it was awesome! Got it with potatoes on the side cooked with garlic and spices. We also split the crepes with fresh berries and banana slices on top. Everything was so good.”

“Supper cute spot!! Great food. Only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because it took way too long for the food to come out. And that's not good when you have hungry kids.”
