“Wow love this concept that we can get some pretty amazing known restaurants in Mill Valley but with the ease of one location. Ordering was super easy, clean and nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and approachable about how it works! Got the fried chicken from Proposition Chicken and it was HUGE and super crispy. The biscuit melts in your mouth and has a honey glaze. Ordered a grilled cheese from The Melt for the kids and they loved it. We will definitely be back for bagels next time!”

“This 7-11 has several great employees during the day, however there is a rather larger male who works the night shift that has ripped us off several times. He gives the wrong change, and always tries to burn ya on our winnings from lottery tickets. It hasn’t just happened once it has happened numerous times. He is rude and gets mad if you ask for an item that he has to get up to get such as cigarettes or lighters. He doesn’t even attempt to hide his distain. After calling him on the money from the lottery winnings, now whenever we bring in our winning tickets he just automatically says the machine isn’t working. He really does not like to have to move at all. But watch out for him when it comes to your change. He has shorted several times.”

I really couldn’t believe this was the sister restaurant from the Beach Chalet from the other side of the bay. Whatever you do though, get a reservation! It was tough being a walk-in and having to hang out next to the hostesses in the front. Great experience!”

“It was fine. It's a little pricey for typical bar fare and it's not like the food was super high quality. It took a while for anyone working behind the bar to even acknowledge us, let alone give us menus. Once we finally got our menus, it's like suddenly we were visible and a bartender came over to take our orders, about ten seconds after we got them. The food is just okay and a little on the expensive side. $18 for a hamburger and french fries that probably cost them no more than a $1 to actually make is a little ridiculous. If it was like top quality ground beef, sure. This was probably your basic chuck. The fries had basically no flavor, which is a little mind boggling. I could see that they were seasoned, they just didn't have any flavor to them. The baos were actually pretty good. The bread was soft and warm and the filling wasn't bad. The cocktail and beer prices are about standard for a bar in the Bay area, so no real complaints there. All in all, it was a rather forgettable experience and perfect for being paired with Holiday Inn. It's somewhere you go because it's not really possible to go anywhere else and everything is just ho hum and generic. Absolutely nothing about this place stands out.”

“Hook Fish is a wonderful restaurant, and has many great qualities. The cuisine is centred around fish and scallops, which you can buy just like they are or have them incorporated into other dishes like tacos, burritos, salads, and sandwiches. There is an area for children with building blocks and toys, which is enclosed and safe, and is a great place for the entire family. The staff are very friendly and kind, and the service is fast. Many nights there are events, including movies and live music. There is both inside seating (table and bar) and outside seating. Outside, there are heating lamps and blankets, but it can still get cold sometimes, so bring a jacket. In my opinion, this restaurant deserves five stars.”
