Service for the most part is very good, just don't have complaints because then things move at molasses speed. I had lots of trouble with their car wash not working right, mostly at the beginning. “We’ve been going to this Lucky faithfully since October 2021 every Friday and most of the time the employees just stare at my daughter and I. But our last trip last Friday 08/05/22 we were greeted by the best employee this place has, her name is Lavender. My daughter and I went to the Deli to get 2 sandwiches and Lavender made it the best experience we’ve ever had at any grocery store. Great customer service and very knowledgeable of what she was doing. Thank you Lucky for having such a great asset on your team.”

“Visited San Raffel many times, but never knew about this restaurant. I guess this is the new restaurant, there was soft opening going on. Staff and chef were so good, everyone was greeting us when we went there, it made us feel so good. Food, trust me you need to try it once. I can call it mouth watering and finger licking. “$95 for dinner for two, not including alcohol? It's good but not that good. We did two med pizzas, wings, and garlic bread. Iced teas for both of us and it came out to $94. Just surprising since pizza places used to be where you grabbed a cheap bite. The food is ok too. I come for the wings which I rate high, but that pizza is floppy and not as good as Lo Coco's pizza in San Rafael. And yes the Lo Coco's is just as expensive, but it's a better taste. I want to like this place but we base other nicer meals on the price, like all you can eat sushi in San Diego is cheaper. A three hour, four course meal at Melting Pot is cheaper... You get the point. Cute place with nice family own feel and vibe but there are other better places.”

“I always place my order with the Domino's app & tracker. When the tracker tells me it's getting close, I drive down to do a carryout for my order. When I get there the tracker on the wall says it's done, so does my app. But it is never ready when I walk in and still have to wait 5-10 minutes. I love the convenience of ordering, but I don't care for the wait when I get there.”
