“I was so incredibly happy with cakewalk heirloom baking co for patiently working with me and bringing my vision to life. I will never forget, and will cherish forever the spectacular views, decor and display they brought to life. They had to make TWO hiking trips carrying all these tables and chairs, food and decor up high elevation and in the dark! If you are looking for a caterer in the California Yosemite/Nevada area, look no further. They are family owned and operated using their own farm fresh, organic, non-GMO ingredients, and also have their own wedding flower cutting garden that they use for all the florals and decor which I thought was super cool! Everything looked amazing and tasted so unique, fresh and delicious! so much so that I barely got to taste the cake! I really only got to take a bite of the cake after cutting it because my family ate it all up while we were doing photos😅Jennifer and her family were so humble and kind I felt like we were just hanging out with our friends. You will not be disappointed. I promise.”

“Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but I was blown by the inside. Modern but still with the old original feel. There’s a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace. The staff is down to earth and friendly- made sure we had everything we needed. Their boom boom sauce is delicious. I had the croissant chicken salad sandwich and my husband had the steak and peppers sandwich with fries. It was all very flavorful. We’ll definitely be back. Next time I want to try one of their home made burgers.”

“We were visiting from out of town and The Grove House was recommended by locals. We loved it so much we came back twice…..For dinner and brunch. The food is sourced locally so the menu changes accordingly. They have a nice selection of beer and wine. The staff is lovely. We loved the whole atmosphere and vibe!”

“A little bit out of the way, but well worth it. It's the type of place you'll fly in from another state just to eat. Going to the pizza factory in Mariposa after this!”

“This place was great! I had the 72 hour short rib and it was delicious and very tender. Our server Justin was very polite and knowledgeable about the food and wine menu. We ordered a local wine, idle hour cabernet franc I believe and it was very good. Overall great experience!”

“Great place to go while at Yosemite. The pulled pork is very tasty. Great place to chill by the fire, shot a game of pool, have a beer or glass of wine, and enjoy a good meal.”

“It was a cozy warm place to have a hot drink or any other beverage during a rainy afternoon in yosemite National Park. I felt like home during my visit. The menu for lunch has not plenty of option but the ones in it are really good appetizers like pull pork sandwiches, croissants with chips, soup of the house etc. 4 people around $120.00 bucks check.”

“The atmosphere, location and experience is fantastic. You're eating very high quality meals right from the heart of the Yosemite valley. The staff members are all friendly and the food was delicious. Why 4 stars and not 5 you ask, there is a minor detail that has a HUGE impact on their service, and it's how they built the queue to handle the pandemic. They may want to take some additional time to examine the queue and wrap it around the sides of the restaurant, rather than right down the middle. The queue spews out in the Ahwannee guest lobby and it just causes confusion and looks audacious.”

“Obviously the food here isn’t going to blow anyone’s mind. That being said, one company controls all of the food vending in the park. Considering you have no alternatives, the food could be both worse and more expensive. There are some decent items to be found on the menu. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Good food, great service during pandamic, everyone was nice and welcoming. Sandra who took our order was amazing, she was wearing a mask so we couldn't see her face. Geart attitude. We got the house pizza, medium $24 after tax. 2 of us couldn't finish. Good size pizza. Highly recommend.”

“Was lucky enough to be able to try this place on one of the few days it was open during the pandemic. Service was excellent and the Cesar salad was fresh and delicious. The pizza is good, but personally could do with a bit more sauce and a little less cheese. Edit: turns out the amount of cheese is perfect for leftover cold pizza!”
