“My husband, 2 children and I loved our stay. All of the staff was nice, although may still need some customer service training. Our server and dinner at the roadhouse was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of the food, plus very affordable and accommodating. Our room was absolutely gorgeous along with the rest of the hotel. We loved the creaky floor, seriously. This dated hotel is the perfect little place if you like historical places. It may or may not be haunted, just ask the pictures in the hallway. Cannot recommend Hotel Niles enough.”

“This was my first time going to Antonio's and it was excellent, I would definitely go again. I was staying in town and someone recommended them, so I decided to order a pizza, asking the employee what types they had and what they recommended. On their recommendation, I ended up going for a chicken bacon pizza with a creamy sauce. The pizza was great; the crust was almost a bit sweet, and the ingredients were all fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself seemed nice, nothing fancy but a small quant dining area, although I only saw it briefly when picking up my order.”

“Nice spot for Thai in Alturas, California. I ordered to go and the food was prepared in about 10 minutes. Waitress was attentive and thorough. Excellent flavor on all the sauces. Packaged so that juices didn't run out on my car seat. I'll be back as I travel for work, and will be in the area for a few weeks. A nice surprise! I would say closer to 4.5 stars as it was just a bit pricey but hey... I'm in NorCal and I always round up. Can't wait to try other things on the menu.”

“My wife and I by chance pulled over here to make a few phone calls. It looked quaint and unpresumptuous so we thought why not get a bite. We were traveling from Arkansas to Oregon on a load (trucker). Wow it was great! We’d nearly drive from Arkansas back to here just for another dining experience here. It was that good. Bar in front that serves 4 dishes each dish comes with a side of fries and salad: popcorn shrimp, shrimp, steak,chicken , or chicken wings, garlic fries or chicken tenders , soup bowl or cup with homemade bread (lofty with a cold pat of butter) The restraunt in back serves a 5 course meal. “view from the restraunt..... geee...... WHIZ almost 360 of the mountains and scenery !! The wind on some days will suprise you so ... have a good swing and time it right.... hah. 'Nice' pond on one of the courses.... Food is diverse and tasty (see menu) . Tried the fish taco and chicken spinach wrap. When I ate outside the meat bees came quickly for the chicken wrap. Waah.. Would come back and try someone thing new on the menu Breakfast is 8-11 daily served with Quail coffee at $2 Some beer....Some small shop garb to buy; shirts and cups.....”
