Nice small place, reservation required. Not the cheapest choice. Chocolate cake was amazing!

A sweet and elegant restaurant. The food was amazing. I had octopus which melted in my mouth. They also provide for you pet lovers.... pet friendly patio seating.

Great ambiance, helpful service, and authentic Italian food! This place is a cozy little gem that's serving the best homemade pasta.

Favorite Italian place in Carmel. So delicious every time that I have been. Friendly service, beautiful setting. I love that it's tucked away in a courtyard, fewer throngs of tourists. Food, drink and dessert come at a reasonable price point as well. Bonus points that the bread comes with pickled veggies in olive oil - so yummy.

    Italian food at its best!

This tiny restaurant with a large outdoor area is amazing. Located in a secluded European-style plaza, the restaurant offers intimate atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food. Reservations are required here because the place fills up quickly. To make a reservation, either go on their website or search the restaurant on OpenTable. A credit card is required to make a reservation, again, because of the small size of the restaurant.

Instead of simple olive oil usually served with bread, we were offered what appeared to be fried zucchini, heavenly crunchy and truly unique. Lasagna that my partner ordered was very tasty with lots of mozzarella in between the layers and fabulous sauce. My seafood combo pasta was flavorful with spices, not overly greasy and plentiful to take home at least half.

We originally were seated by the table where people brought three of their young children. As they were screaming their lungs out, we asked to be re-seated, and were accommodated right away, which completed our wonderful experience.

    Will definitely be back there!
