Carmel Mission Inn

Rooms are nice enough. Nothing extravagant but they are fine. Really appreciated the filtered water refill station. Staff was kind and rooms were clean. Complimentary coffee pods that they compost was a nice touch. Didn't get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub but it looked nice. Definitely would stay there again.

Stayed here during Monterey Car Week 2022. I had some wonderful visit.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the room and it's surrounding property. Very clean. Super polite and extremely accommodating.
Parking was always convenient and we were never concerned about our vehicles safety.
Located "close enough" to Carmel downtown allowing quick access to those amenities.

We loved our stay at the Carmel Mission Inn. It is very obvious that they recently completed a massive renovation because it felt very updated. We booked the Family Suite and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We loved the room, the common areas and the pool. I also really liked how I could walk to local coffee shops in the morning.

My family and I had a great stay over the Independence Day weekend. The hotel is located within walking distance of a wide variety of good restaurants and minutes away from downtown Carmel and the beaches. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel is pet friendly. It served as a great base for drives down to Big Sur.

Overall, compared to the price of similar places in the area, it's a good value. I'd stay there again.
