Manuel, Manny, was fantastic. Definitely try the whip avocado appetizer and Manny can deliver the best spicy margarita that wasn’t even on the menu.

Pico Bar was a delicious surprise! We were wine tasting in the north valley around Calistoga Area with a couple of my friends but you know after 3 pm is hard to get wineries reservations for another wine tasting so we ended up at this bar at the Solage resort. Because It was raining and a bit cold we ask the bartender for some Mezcal to warm up a bit... Well let me tell you the good attitude and customer service kept us there for a good couple of hours, we try some interesting mezcals and a couple of great tequilas, we ended up having small bites/dinner and left home super happy. W can wait to come back and hopefully bit sunny by the pool so we can enjoy their cocktails.

Napa Valley is obviously known for wine. But guess what? A rocking hipster mezcal craft cocktail bar with fantastic Baja Mexican inspired small plates is located inside the Solage Resort just outside Calistoga. You don't need reservations or be a guest to swing by. It's the coolest discovery I've made in Napa since ... yesterday. But still! If you love creative mixology & high end small plates food that is fairly keto-friendly, check out the hard working team here at Pico. If you're anything like me (14-time Yelp Elute), you'll be glad you did.
