(February 11, 2017, 10:24 pm)Just opened next to oxbow market. Offshoot of the CIA in St Helena. It is a full restaurant now open for lunch and dinner. Great modern atmosphere in a trendy setting. Food was great. Had salad and baked oysters for appetizer. Small plates, but full of flavor.
