We visited the CIA to take a cheese-making class and had a great time, The training kitchen was large and had just about everything you can imagine and the staff highly trained and very good at working with people who know nothing about cooking.
Wish I could give this place 5 stars. Really enjoyed my lunch here. The place is airy and sunny during lunch time. The fried chicken sandwich with gochujang was yummy and so was my pomegranate and lemon mocktail. It took some time to be be seated even after a reservation. The food was was slow to arrive but we weren’t in a rush. The servers and host were really sweet.
The rock fish with roasted cauliflower is exceptional. The wines are phenomenal, other dishes including soups, fried chicken sandwich are amazing. The staff and experience is fabulous.
The Grove at CIA. It’s an outdoor dining surrounding by the garden terrace. Quick bite, simple ingredients yet so sumptuously tasty. Dining under the sun was quite an experience itself. Great service and I love the food here. You get to sample all of the herbs and veggies right at the source and onto your table.
This reminds me so much of my trip in Italy.
It’s hard to find restaurant that can serve food as tasty and freshly like this.
The CIA at Copia is such a wonderful place to hold a wedding! The architecture of the building is modern and striking, making for many beautiful photo opportunities. The garden is absolutely stunning as well, giving a lot of variety for backdrops! As a wedding photographer, I couldn't ask for more in a venue! And, of course, the food is amazing. I loved that the guests could go to the museum when they were wanting to get away from the main event as well.
