“I've never seen a bubble waffle but this little to go shop in Nevada City, CA is amazing!!! We had the mushroom one. I called it a “walking” waffle cuz its to go. My gosh its just like pulled pork! We love that no animal products!!! Yes! Vegan is not for everyone but you are seriously missing out! Gluten free!!! It's the taste! I swear you would not be able to tell the difference. Ordinarily, the best one could expect to find is a little dump featuring a wide range of energy drinks, beer, cigarettes and Slim Jims; things that are not the basis for a satisfying meal. Here you find quality (not supermarket) fresh meat and vegetables, local baked goods, decent wines, and most kitchen staples. The folks who started this place last year took one heck of a gamble. They earned, and deserve, your business.”

“Incredibly fun stop for breakfast. I had the most nutritious baked goods on the menu. Though just another oat milk latte, it was an astounding work of art with the greatly detailed heart design making an amazing fit for Valentine's Day season. The service was just amazingly chill, smiley, and outgoing. If only the cheese scone and quiche things at least been better than okay, or if the staff had offered to heat up the pastries. Food has room for improvement, but this place is a super fun experience of a stop that is open at 6 in the morning:)”

“Clean and yummy. Easy to find in a shopping center with rite aid and port of subs. No drive through but it was fast service. Their veggies were really good, cabbage, kale and broccoli cooked in garlic. They also had hot and sour soup but that might have just been because it was in the middle of winter. All in all, it was a great place to have lunch during our short visit in town.”
