“Mexican comfort food, especially if you like a lot of cheese. The tacos are huge and the enchiladas are stuff with meat and cheese. Their chips and salsa are a nice appetizer while you wait for your entrees.”

“Had dinner here with my fiance last night for the first time. We had the specials of the evening and both were amazing. Excellent food, excellent customer service. Attention to detail at every point. The way all restaurants should be. A new favorite for us.”

“5 stars. I will say I've never been here for Dinner...but for Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch this place is great. They do get very crowded because it is a big hit with the millennial/local crowd. But their pancakes are awesome. They have good drinks and they have a great vibe. You may have to wait 30-45 minutes so if you are looking for a quick in/out bite to eat this isn't it, but if you want a boozy brunch spot then definitely check it out.”

“You really can’t find a better burger at this price point. Friendly staff and clean environment makes for a perfect lunch place! I’ve tried all their burgers and you really can’t go wrong, personally I love the Santa Barbara char burger.”

“First rate bakery. Had a problem which they fixed immediately and their pies are a taste of home!! Follow up: Pie-Not is a class act. They contacted me about my experience, made the effort to fix my concern and invited me back to try their pies again. Great job!! Excellent pies and I'm hooked for life!!”

“In a plaza surrounded by Mexican-influenced choices for food, Which Wich can provide someone with a tasty sandwich that is theirs to customize as they see fit. The food is usually pretty decent for what you order and the options are plenty. That said, the hours are a little wonky (closing at 6 PM on a weeknight?!) and it seems like that was deemed to be a better strategy than trying to entice the dinner crowd into their restaurant through offering specials or having better advertising. I get that the sandwiches are going to be a little pricier than competitors given the quality of ingredients, but perhaps adding value to family-oriented customers would be better than closing so early. Just my two cents.”

“A dream come true! 100% organic place to eat that goes WAY beyond smoothies. INCREDIBLE food! Ready to eat: no waiting! I love the choices: freshly make juices and/or a bowl of tasty choices of cooked dishes. My favorite substitute for a grain in the bottom of tge bowl is the chopped cooked cauliflower. This place is part of the reason I returned to Costa Mesa to visit.,We need one in Santa Barbara!”

“Best marinated sweet pulled pork! You can choose to have the pork on any of their items such as tacos, burritos, etc. Don't forget about Taco Tuesday for discounted tacos! The tacos are large. I only need 2 tacos to fill me up. Other places I need 3 or 4 tacos. I also like the salad with no rice and no beans because they alter the flavor profile of the sweet pork in the salad.”

“Best bagel shop around the Costa Mesa/Newport area. I highly recommend the California, Santa Fe and ABC breakfast bagel sandwiches. Everything bagel is favorite here for sandwiches, but all their bagels are excellent and made in-house.”

“Clean, fast, healthy choices, weird soda fountain flavors, easy parking... They're open until 9pm I think, which is OK, and there's a nice little bar area as well. Oh - ask to taste test the soups - they'll gladly do it and you can avoid the one 'salt bomb' experience I had there. Chicken tortilla soup was a send-back.”

“I love this pub. I love that I can bring my kids and they can sit and eat while my husband and I can grab a drink. I enjoy the various live bands they have in. Service is great, pub food is great, prices are great. Honestly, I think it’s a solid choice for a weekend lunch or dinner out or just going to have a drink with friends.”

“Great place to drink wine and have the best quality seafood in town. Disappointed we left to have dinner somewhere else but they close kind of early so we had to. Bartender Leah was very kind and made our visit fun. Oysters were so fresh I could have eaten them all night. This was a great stop for our date night. 17th Valentine's together.”

Served with hummus tatziki, grilled pita bread and a Greek salad. One order would easily fill 2 people. The best Lamb I have had, and it was a very rewarding experience. Just delicious and very generous. You need to try it, you will be pleasantly surprised!”

“Amazing fried chicken place with a fun atmosphere, delicious fried food, a full bar with great happy hour specials, friendly helpful fun servers, great bartenders, and quick table service. We tried the fried pickles, spicy biscuit sliders, chicken lollipops, fried chicken, deviled eggs, a couple items modified to be gluten free, and several drinks. Not only was the food and drinks outstanding, but the servers and bartenders were very friendly, extremely helpful, jovial, and efficient. They made the visit joyous and made us want to return again soon.”

“Very good chicken and rice plates. I am a huge fan of Persian food and I am always looking for good spots to go to. I recommend this place because it’s in an easy location to get to and it’s close to the beach. It’s right across the street from the triangle. You might need to park in the back area as some of the parking off Newport street can be tough.”
