“As a Texan on the west coast I’m always looking for good breakfast tacos. Early Bird is the best I’ve had! Ordering was easy, delivery on time & best of all the tacos are heavenly. Quality ingredients that energize & the salsa is amazing!”

“Coffee, bakeries and service were great. They prepared a sitting area for our large group, everything came quickly. The breakfast options are limited and pricey however everything is prepped and done on site with finest ingredients. The heritage bread was amazing and pastries are not too sweet. Parking is limited but complimentary vallet parking is available”

“New location! This one has the same vibes as the previous location but with a taller ceiling so it’s much brighter inside. I got their chicken salad (goi ga) and the wonton soup. The chicken salad was super fresh with crunchy cabbage, carrots, and mint. The addition of fried shallots and peanuts added a fun texture too. The fish sauce mixed with their fried chili oil was a killer flavor combo. The wonton soup definitely hit the spot on such a cold day like today. The wontons themselves had flavor and the broth really warmed up the body. Definitely coming back!”

“Bruxie in Costa Mesa delivers a fantastic chicken and waffles...any way you like it: spicy, sweet, mild, savory, fruity, plain...yep it's ALL GOOD! You will not be disappointed since everything is made-to-order, your order tastes fresh, crispy, and borders on flavor-overload (just kidding, there's no such thing)! The loaded waffle fries were good, as well, and I highly recommend any of the breakfast waffles, sweet or savory! Seating is limited, so plan to go during the week for the best dining experience or expect to wait a little longer than usual on the weekends...but it's worth it!”

“While visiting Bloomingdales for the first time, we saw a picture of this restaurant’s signature xiao long bao on their window. We decided to come back to try out the different flavors of these soup dumplings. We didn’t come once, but twice. First time we ordered the dumplings, wonton soup, wood ear, and pork chop. For our second trip, we were joined by a visitor from Taiwan who shared with us this restaurant group’s brand of over 10 eateries all over Asia . And how lucky we were to have stumbled upon their first North American restaurant here in OC. For our second trip we tried fried rice, noodle soup, tofu, cucumber, and ordered two deserts, black sesame mochi, and red bean glutinous rice roll. Both were freshly made, soft, easy bite and just the right amount of sweetness. Overall the portions are not huge, as you might expect, the pork chop has a soft skin, not the crispy Japanese style pork Katsu. Every dish was well prepared. They even elevated the taste of a simple fried-rice. The decor is upscale modern, the service was prompt. The server patiently explained their menu, their signature and popular dishes for us to try. When we couldn’t finish our meal, our leftovers were packed in an insulated bag. Next time we are in OC, we would definitely have a meal there again. If you do try their soup dumplings, remember to start with the original flavor, then work up the flavors: black truffle, cheese, crab, garlic, BbQ pork, Szechuan and finally kimchi. No, the kimchi is not too intense, you can do it.”

“Excellent food, price, and service. Only gave 4 out of 5 on atmosphere bc it's got limited seating, but it's a great spot for lunch or a snack. Highly recommend.”

“Broth is good and a little on the sweet side than salty. They gave a lot of extra ngo gai, which is great because other places usually only give you a few extra. My husband got #1 with just the steak and likes it and doesn't care for all of the other options. I always get #10 because that's what I like in my pho. He also got the watermelon tea which I really liked. It was a good ratio of the tea flavor and the watermelon with small chunks of watermelon too. This is the second time that I ate at this location. They had a lot of people waiting tonight to eat. I would recommend this restaurant.”

“The first shrimp broth in the US 🦐🔥 The rich broth is absolutely amazing! Highlights of the menu: A1 Signature trio shrimp noodle A2 Big prawn & braised scallion soy chicken (thigh meat) shrimp noodle 3. Egg for side dish 4. Veggie for side dish - the sauce is good! A cozy place in South Coast plaza food court. The flow is fast so if you see a line don’t be panic. You can scan QR code for menu and ordering, very efficient system where they can use less labor and convenient. You can choose the thickness of noodles and if you want your shrimp peeled or not. Highly recommended!”

“It's great that the staff was helpful, and you enjoyed the taro foam in your milk tea. The sweetness of the taro foam added a nice touch to the overall taste, and it's wonderful that you appreciated the experience. Cheers to delightful milk tea moments!”

“Beautiful decor and atmosphere with excellent service as well. The bar area is busy and on the loud side but the dining room was nice and open with lots of booths and some fire pits. The Cadillac Margarita was delicious just had way too much salt on the rim. Taquitos were good but the chips were very oily. The fried ice cream was a hard frozen ball inside not soft and yummy. We sent it back and they graciously removed it from the check. We enjoyed it overall and hope to return soon.”

“Pretty good authentic noodle spot. They have a ton of options and you can see the kitchen staff making all your food fresh. They bring everything out as it’s made so things come out separately to ensure you get your food as fresh as possible. The food was very good and tasty. We liked all the dishes we ordered. We had a really great server who was very nice and helpful. He was always checking on us and was even kind enough to replace a broth for us when we realized it had pork at no cost. However a female staff that was bringing our food to the table from the cooking area was rude to us a few times. She would say the order but very quietly while wearing a mask so when we would say oh sorry what was that? She would repeat it but would snap it at us in a rude way and would just drop it on our table. It really threw us off how unfriendly she was which really left us a bad impression especially in contrast with our stellar waiter. Overall great place so only deducting 1 star due to the rude lady. The wait was not long at all, we only waited about 5 minutes for a party of 6. Plenty of free parking also available since it’s located inside the mall.”

“~$18 for three tender combo which includes drink and side. Spice levels are far too conservative. Got fiery which is 3 out of 4 on their scale and there was barely any heat. Wendy's spicy nuggets are hotter. Chicken was well cooked and tender but on the bland side and needed sauce which was 50 cents for each additional one. Kale slaw is great. All self-serve kiosks inside, which is fine, but they ask for a tip. I have no issues with tipping for service but when you're not actually being served, it's a little ridiculous.”

“This is rebrand of the Pizza Press that was in the same location. Their mini pizzas were just the right size and incredibly tasty. The service was amazing and they were so helpful and friendly. They had a wide selection of draft beers that were all very reasonably priced. We will be back.”

“After finishing up a hike, we were looking for a good local taco spot nearby and thought “this is the place!” Everything was phenomenal with some unique and elevated flavor combinations, fresh and house made ingredients and all so nicely presented. Hailey took amazing care of us and was sweet, prompt and polite. We tried: Toasted Coconut Marg - Small Batch Guac - Kids Chicken Tacos - Poke Nachos - Citrus Marinated Chicken Taco - Apple Braised Pork Belly - Churro Sundae We are visiting from Minnesota and might be back for supper! I will be trying my best to recreate that margarita when we get home! Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

“This was my first time at Plums Cafe greeted with a smile. Loved the outdoor seating. We had an amazing serving who was very helpful as we explained it was our first visit and could not decide on what to try. With his helpful description of the dish we were very excited to try. The choices recommended did not disappoint.”

“My first time @ Populaire. The grilled octopus cooked to perfection. The Moroccan sauce added an extra flavor to the already well-seasoned squid. The pasta is an off-the-menu dish for those with a limited palette. The French toast with fresh strawberries was a hit—the chocolate dessert - créme fraiche topped with chocolate cake and chocolate moose layer. The rice pudding was terrific; it was so creamy with a hint of cinnamon. We will undoubtedly be back. 😊”

“This place is the BOMB! Especially if you around happy hour because the deals are pretty great. Now if you like a good tomato soup with a grilled cheese then this place is a must. Good size and a great taste. Couldn't recommend it enough, but overall everything here is pretty good. The burger is tasty, the tenders are also good. They dont have a large selection which i like because it only means to me that they are focused on the quality instead of the quantity. Also the workers are great people too!”

“This is a place is a spot I've been eyeing for a bit and we were super excited to try it. The interior is very chic and love the decor. We were able to get seated right away on a Friday night, so we got super lucky. While the food was good, the service was really bad. Not sure if it was because our server got over seated or if he wasn't seasoned enough to handle a busy night, I hope it was just an off day. He forgot a bunch of things we asked for like a different salsa and hot sauces. I also ordered another drink, but because we were a bit turned off with the service and almost done with the food I didn't make a big deal about it and chose to forgo it. Hoping to give this spot another shot as I really liked what we had to eat... Maybe it will be a better experience the next time around.”

“I ordered the 10 meal low carb package for the week, I must say the meals are extremely delicious and filling for being low carb and portion controlled. The service is amazing, the ordering process was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend to all family and friends.”
