“Crispy Fried Chicken lives up to its name: very crispy. But its also flavorful, juicy and piping hot! The best we've had in Orange county. The steak fries were crispy on the outside and buttery soft on the inside - yum! This is our new favorite place for fried chicken! Restaurant doesn't have any ambience, and just 3 tables. But it does a big takeout business. Don't worry if you take it home : it will still be hot when you get there! 😄”

But, Taco Bell or not, the employees can make a huge difference in your experience. The manager at this Taco Bell (Chapman and 261 toll rd area Santa Ana I believe) is always on his game. He has this place in impeccable condition and running as smooth and quick as anyone could dream. Congratulations this Taco Bell gets my best of award for everything. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell everyday for the last 20 or more years. Therefore I am an expert Taco Bell customer.”

“My grandson loves trains, Christmas lights and Santa. So... this was the perfect place to go for the holidays. Irvine park has changed since I visited there in the 1960s and 70s. I was happy for my grandson to see how much fun it could be. It must have taken weeks to put all those lights in the trees. It must have been MILLIONS of lights. Great fun but cold. The train is made for kids and does not have enough leg room for adults. Difficult on getting on and off the train”

“Service staff is nicer now than a year ago. Food is good for the most part. The drive thru is always a delay. I spent about 20 minutes at one time. Seems the drive thru attendant has to do both counter and drive thru. Management needs to add one more person as this is almost always the case I see the drive thru attendant go back and forth. I gave a higher score because the drive thru person(s) can handle it without getting lost in multitasking. Not optimal as time is affected. Kitchen would need another person too.”

“I visited this Taco Bell today and the first thing was when I asked for the code to use the restroom. I was told that someone would open it. The would not issue the code out. That was utterly ridiculous. Also I ordered the #5 nacho bell grande and I paid for extra cheese and tomatoes. After receiving my food. I notice that my nachos didn’t have extra tomatoes. So I went asked for some. The guy at the front tried to charge an additional fee when already paid the extra cost. Telling me they already put extra. I was confused. Like if I’m saying it’s not extra. You gonna go back and forth with me about tomatoes. Quite ridiculous. I will not be returning here. They seem like they are cheap or something.”

“Love this place. So full of life and the food is the best. Fresh hot chicken and the best crispy tender fries around. You know this place has it going on as it is always packed. I can’t get enough of the fresh hot brewed iced tea. I like 1 part sugared and 2/3 parts unsugared and because I can do it myself I can get it just right. It’s always clean including restrooms although hard to find a clean table because you have to grab a table as soon as another guest leaves. They need a way to signal someone to clean the table so you can sit down right away instead of stand and guard your table waiting for it to be cleaned. Usually someone is right nearby to get with you shortly. They frequently run out of ice because the busyness doesn’t stop for hours on end so please check the ice frequently. Every single employee is usually slammed with filling the orders so it takes a few minutes to refill the ice machine.”
