But, Taco Bell or not, the employees can make a huge difference in your experience. The manager at this Taco Bell (Chapman and 261 toll rd area Santa Ana I believe) is always on his game. He has this place in impeccable condition and running as smooth and quick as anyone could dream. Congratulations this Taco Bell gets my best of award for everything. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell everyday for the last 20 or more years. Therefore I am an expert Taco Bell customer.”

“UPDATE: I tried Brava Cucina right after they opened, experiencing some strong sales pressure. I tried them again a few days later, when a call to their take-out number resulted in a request from them to call me back, which never happened. As a result of those two experiences, I gave them a one-star review. On a whim two days ago, I tried them once more, and had an ENTIRELY different experience. Service was friendly and absolutely outstanding, and I finally had a chance to sample their food. Good Italian food is really very hard to come by, but the pasta dish I tried was excellent. Quite a lot better than the average Italian fare served elsewhere. Really very nicely done. So apparently I caught them during the birth-pains of opening a new location, with my first experience. What I saw and tasted the other night was an entirely different animal. I'll definitely be back - often. Very happy to be able to change my review!”

“My grandson loves trains, Christmas lights and Santa. So... this was the perfect place to go for the holidays. Irvine park has changed since I visited there in the 1960s and 70s. I was happy for my grandson to see how much fun it could be. It must have taken weeks to put all those lights in the trees. It must have been MILLIONS of lights. Great fun but cold. The train is made for kids and does not have enough leg room for adults. Difficult on getting on and off the train”

“Yogurt was excellent and well-priced! I really want to give this place a 5-star rating, but I just cannot... The workers (the whole time, with their friends), are playing around, yelling, screaming, and not very focused on their job. Even if business is slow, they should be courteous to others actually trying to enjoy time there. I was trying to spend time with friends, but was GREATLY disturbed. We couldn't go outside, because there was no room on the tables. I literally had to yell to my friends in order for them to hear me. The frozen yoghurt was 100% delicious, with great toppings- totally worth it! I understand that the workers and their friends may be having fun, but they should stay more focused on their job, and remember that others would like respect from them. It is not OK for something like that to happen. Otherwise, I'll still go there again. But, for sure, I will never stay there. I need my ears!”

“I've always had a hard time with this location, from overpouring seasoning into their rice (too salty) to undercooking their beans (too crunchy... right?!! That's what I thought, too... anyway). Being in the area, l decided to give it one more try and dine-in with my kids. The salsa bar was disgusting! A mess, with no space to put my cups down to fill with salsa. To make it worse, a man was standing in front of the bar was actually trying to keep himself from falling and had his eyes closed. I got the managers' attention because my kids were sitting next to this guy. She was awesome! Came to the rescue and removed the fella' immediately. I did appreciate her quick response though, he looked unstable.. my biggest concern was that he'd throw up on our table. After he left, she cleaned up and reorganized that entire salsa bar and surrounding area. Brownie points to management... the entire staff needs to keep an eye out on things, that's a huge problem there.”
