“I had the best of experiences at this place. It was after our Prom, and we got a crazy idea. Why don’t we go through the drive through, in our Limo? After some initial confusion and simple answers like “we have a really long car” it was worth it to see the workers surprised faces when they said “OH! Now it makes sense!” The food was great, and it was a great end to a great night.”

“I like to shop here from time to time. It is overall a pretty good place to shop. Sometimes the produce isn't the best or they are out of certain things. But not a big deal. I wasn't happy with a cake I ordered though. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and they didn't have the design I wanted. So, I picked another and they told me they didn't have the props it came with (that I was paying for), but that I could buy my own. ????♀️ Why do should I pay more when it is suppose to come with it? It was a good cake, but not what I wanted. So they do need some more organization in the bakery department. Other than that, they seem pretty consistent in providing good quality groceries.”

For lunch the burger fries and beer deal for six bucks can't be beat. For breakfast I particularly enjoy the breakfast burrito. What it lacks in ambience it makes up in the food and service.”

“I had a wonderful time at AJ's on the Green and Splash Lounge. I'm a freelance professional jazz pianist, and one of my music colleagues is a guitarist named Doug McDonald, and he performs there several nights a week with his trio. I have worked with him on and off for about 12 years, and when the opportunity came up to sit in with him at the lounge, I took advantage of it! I was out in Palm Springs with my husband in mid-December, at our timeshare, so we went to the lounge for dinner (which was good) and drinks one night and I sat in with Doug and played a bunch of numbers on their nice baby grand piano. In the two sets during which I sat in, I accompanied some of the guest singers, and also played on a few instrumentals. It was a lot of fun, and everyone there was so welcoming and friendly, and especially, so complimentary of my piano playing! It was a wonderful atmosphere, and it made the evening really special. My husband got the same vibe, too, and that can't be said of every place that we have gone. So he and I will think of this place as being exceptional.”

“This place has really dialed it in. In the beginning the portions we so big that when I got my food I almost lost my appetite because I knew it would not all be eaten. Last night I had house salad. Greens were fresh and the dressing! I wanted to lick the bowl. The marsala chicken was perfect. Nicely balanced flavors and fresh mushrooms. Just enough of mashed potatoes and a veggie saute that complemented the entire dish. Yum! Service was spot on. The entire restaurant was lively and everyone seemed to be having a great time. I recommend this place highly. Be sure you call in advance for reservations. It's a smaller more intimate restaurant that is very popular in Cathedral City. Go say hi to Sammy and Chief Scott!! We heard about this restaurant from others both in my home town and from the local area. I’m Mexican/American and have eaten my fair share of Mexican food. This place was had me hooked.
