    A standard ihop. I actually didn't eat anything as it was late at night and I was with someone who wanted pan cakes. I thought that the waiter was extremely accommodating.

    Food was on point especially for how late into the evening it was. The service was great and timely. I greatly appreciated the overall experience.

    I like this ihop. I usually never eat here but friends were in town and that is where they wanted to go so that where we went. I was thinking yuck but it was really nice and clean. The waitress was very nice and our food was served in like 10 or 15 minutes. And prices were reasonable. Overall not a bad experience. I will go back there.

    Good service. Standard IHOP menu, including "55+" menu. Standard IHOP prices - a deal in the Palm Springs area. Employs mentally sharp seniors who know can guide you through inexpensive alternatives. Many tables for 2; very busy little on Sundays, but little or no waiting.
