“First time here. Good energy, it was already busy right after work but we fortunately were able to get seated as soon as we arrived. The staff was friendly. The walls are filled with sports and Italian memorabilia. Gangster films were playing on the two tvs near the bar area, which further added to the nostalgia the restaurant is attempting to invoke within its patrons. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The food itself was average despite providing hearty servings. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and the eggplant was slightly mushy for my preference. The gnocchi was good, but nothing that separates itself from other gnocchi I’ve had in the past. Overall, this is a great place to meet people for happy hour after work or to have a quick meal, but I wouldn’t consider this place fine dining.”

We came around 2 on a Tuesday which was also happy hour. Service was good, counter order with a number, seat yourself. Friendly staff and quick service. Vibe was cute, full bar, and they had a good happy hour. The taste of the food was just a let down. Not horrible, very edible just not as authentic as I was expecting…it’s more similar to mas taco bar which is not bad but if you’re Mexican (like me) probably not on your lists of places to eat”

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to quickly find everything on my shopping list. The selection of products was great, and I appreciated the variety of both brand name and store brand items. One thing that stood out to me was the bakery section, which had a great assortment of fresh-baked goods. I also appreciated the large selection of fresh produce, which looked very fresh and of high quality. The checkout process was quick and efficient, and the staff member who helped me bag my groceries was friendly and attentive. Overall, I had a great experience shopping at Save Mart and would definitely recommend it to others. “We discovered this place while biking to river bend park. The restaurant is airy and clean, we got our food in no time. We usually getting Pho in Vietnamese restaurants but decided to try something new. We got a Grandma’s slow cooked chicken soup with noodles and soy sprouts. Second dish was a cold noodles with pork and shrimps and spices . Food was amazing and plenty, with aromatic spices but not hot or peppery. We had to share both dishes and got some home. Will be back for sure!”

“For $12, I wasn’t expecting much from a liquor flight - WOW was I wrong! J.J. Pfister is a most amazing distillery. From the simple vodka and gin to the most curated whiskeys and fun brandy’s, this distillery does not disappoint!! My friend and I rolled in to do the “Capital Flight” (14 small pours of mostly everything they make.) Unlike similar spots, our server pulled up a seat at our table and proceeded to guide us through the entire tasting! Although new to the establishment, she was knowledgeable concerning the spirits, answered our questions, and freely deferred to senior staff instead of just faking anything. Fun times and we bought a few bottles each! Kudos to a really fun place with most helpful staff.”

“The building is well decorated and very clean while the service was great. I ordered the braised beef brisket noodle soup and the beef roll. Both were not the best that I've had but were still good. Noodle soup: Spice level on the soup was reasonable—hot enough for a kick but not unbearable for someone who has a low spice tolerance. Brisket was tender and flavorful, and the noodles were nice and chewy. Beef roll: On the smaller end than what I've had elsewhere but still filling.”

“I was looking for an authentic Mexican spot, but it was Monday night, and all the recommended places were closed. Caballo Blanco had some good reviews, so I gave it a try. There were four tables of patrons who were very regular (on a first name basis with the hostess) & I can see why. The food is not great. It's really just OK, but they get a 4 to acknowledge carnitas that were both crispy on the outside & moist on the inside. It's a very laid-back place and they have very fair prices. The wait staff are pleasant and attentive. There is one big problem & that's the atmosphere. This restaurant is 50+ years old and it's way overdue for a paint job & a very good scrub - dirt visible in too many spots. I asked for my margarita straight up but got one on the rocks - it turned out not to be a problem because it was delicious - I got a second one.”

“In the Tallac village you will find this hidden gem. Bar staff were knowledgeable about their beers and offered one of the tastiest stouts I’ve ever had. The Mole tacos were absolutely delicious. I’m picky with sweet mole sauces, but this one was not sweet at all. Three stouts in I had forgotten to take a picture of it ☺️ There is large outdoor patio seating. Two flatscreens. The decor is contemporary with some natural finishes. Clean place and the bathrooms were also clean and stocked. Overall good vibes and friendly folks in a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely return!”

“Bradshaw’s sandwich shoppe has genuinely changed the sandwich shop game!! As a vegetarian, it’s hard to find sandwiches that are unique and not bland and they achieved that. Not only do they have a great selection of sandwiches, unique sauces and the BEST breads, what adds to their uniqueness is the selection of chips and drinks. They have an array of flavor choices for chips that differs from your typical shops which I loved. They also have a selection of drinks that I guarantee you’ll never see! I asked staff about some of their favorite flavors because it can be difficult to choose just one and the manager had a great combination of some flavors he likes to mix. Overall the ambiance and food was an incredible experience topped with excellent customer service. Sacramento needed a place like this!”

They still bag your groceries and will help load your vehicle if required. Serves all of Rosemont and the surrounding apartments. Only grievance is how expensive everything is. Expect to pay 20%+ for anything (example; an item is $5 everywhere else it'll be $6 here). Additionally, as a smaller store their selection is limited (example; you won't have 22 different laundry detergents to choose from).”
