I devoured their chicken mole danish, which was a well balanced blend of savory and mildly sweet flavors. The Valrhona chocolate brownie is excellent for people like me who love a very rich chocolate profile. It has a melt-in-your-mouth softness at room temperature and pairs well with their house brewed coffee. I definitely recommend this business for a quick bite or coffee / dessert date. “Menchie’s in the Otay Ranch area Chula Vista is awesome. They have a ton of different flavors of yogurt, dozens of toppings to pick from and it’s close to a lot of favorite shopping spots in this area. The staff is always super helpful and funny. There’s a lot of nice places to sit outside and enjoy the weather with your Menchie’s yogurt! I definitely recommend stopping in and try this place out.”

“Hip and inviting. Great coffee shop that works just as well as a hang out, as a place to read a book, or to write on your laptop. If sitting outside, you can also enjoy people watching (outside tables face Third Avenue in downtown Chula Vista). They have the usual fare of caffeinated drinks; interestingly, they also have alcoholic beverages. We hung out for a couple of hours and never felt rushed by staff. Although it was my first visit, it has already become my new favorite coffee shop in Chula Vista. There's metered parking nearby, which only accepts coins (no cards) or, if you don't mind walking two small blocks down Davidson St., you can park for free at the nearby park. I'd imagine the metered parking may get tricky when there is an event, for example the car shows, or earlier in the day. We visited in the evening when there was plenty of parking available.”

“It's not the best place to get a dessert but if you're not really picky, this place is good to go to. We went there a few times. The first time around, the cookies were dry and made the ice cream sandwich taste bad. That was about a few months ago. We went back and the results were a bit better. Some of the staff were really nice. Others I think were tired and it affected how they worked. We didn't get any food but based on previous reviews, it doesn't look good. I can't give an accurate review because I haven't ordered from that part of the menu.”

“Ordered 1/2 Sandwich and Salad for 6 people, one day ahead of time. Went to pick it up, it was not ready, on time.! Get back to the office and we are missing TWO Sandwiches and and ONE Salad. Sure, they delivered, 30 min. later. It should have been right the first time..We gave them a whole day to get out little order right. And, other than oops, sorry...We were offered nothing else for their mess up. NO, we will NOT order from them again. Yes, it was good. It's only "good" if you have it to eat. Too Bad, So Sad Panera! Treat Your Customers better or get people who can do the job RIGHT! We will not be back!”

“Considering I was in line first and the kid behind the counter decided to take the 2 girls who walked in after me since they were his friends was beyond annoying. Meanwhile, I had to wait for his coworker to finish helping her customer before I was served. Then, while the line built up, he continued to conversate with the 2 girls. I have no complaints about her, she was polite and courteous. But he obviously needs some supervision.”

“Best bagels I have found locally. The store however is shoehorned into too small a space. The line snakes back onto itself through a narrow passage between counters and tables. At high traffic times the line moves slowly. During those periods the ordering/purchasing experience is not for the claustrophobic! Just cross your fingers and hope that the flu season hasn't started yet, 'cause the bagels ARE good.”

We also got their jalapeno bagel with egg cheese was super delicious and they have some amazing chocolate chip cookies! Customer service was excellent!!
