“I love this subway I don’t know why it has bad reviews. The food is great, the service is great, there’s almost no one there to socialize except for the guy who is serving my sandwich. It’s great 10/10”

“We really enjoyed our brunch visit to the HT Bottle Shop! We both ordered omelettes to eat outside and loved how much food came with our order. The hash browns were cooked to perfection! The food comes in to to-go containers which stinks because I hate using single serving plastics but it is convenient if you're grabbing food to go. The soda machine has a bunch of neat old timey flavors. Definitely worth a visit.”

“Pretty good barbeque, and decent beer selection. It's an easy ride over from San Diego on the ferry. I was especially impressed by the beers. The outdoor space was heated, so it was easy to stay out there even during a cold snap. Worth visiting.”

“It's good pizza. Can't say it's worth the long wait. It's small space. There's a long line. Overall decent pizza. Good to at least try but out.”

“We've been visiting this place for years. For Coronado Island, it's really reasonably priced. As of March 2019, slices of pizza (about a fourth of a large pizza... they're huge!), are $5. Kids meal pizza could easily feed 2 kids. Food has always been great.”

“The super orange avenue sub was delicious, as well as the chicken and bacon quesadilla. Accidentally found this place but so worth it. Wish it was closer to my home.only concern I had was the person making your food doesn't wear gloves. Nor wash hands I could be wrong but I didn't see anyone wash their hands.”

“This is the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time—maybe ever. It’s take-out only, but better than any sit-down place. I will be craving this place until I get back to Coronado.”

“This is a good location. Very busy and Coronado has very high expectations. It is always full so they are meeting expectations. I like the soup and salad combo in the colder months. I tried spicy thai salad and bowl of fall squash soup. Very nice.”
