Gluten free quiche, muffins, cookies. Tasty latte. Biscuits and gravy with eggs and sausage was good. Baked oatmeal looked yummy. Friendly service.

I really like this place. At the end of the street so its quieter. Superb food. Sandwiches are big and filling and are really fresh. I've had most sandwiches and the Reuben. Also, the apple pies great. Just a nice place to stop and eat and sit outside if youd like. Order inside and they bring it out to you. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff with good pricing on home cooked style food. They let me lounge on there patio with my coffee for a long time with no hassle. Definitely would go back.

Camped the night before in Blair Valley 12 miles away. Came into Julian and stopped into Granny's Kitchen for breakfast. They opened at 5am! Had the French toast with bacon and coffee, which were both very good. Service was fast and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend to all my friends.

Ate here as a last resort. Good food, friendly cashier, long wait times, customers are packed like sardines inside the tiny lobby because the white-haired gentleman, who appears to be the owner/manager, wants to keep the front door closed at all times. Don't ask for a drink without ice either. They will fill it with the amount they THINK would fit in the cup if it had ice in it. Who does that?!?!?! My two cents.
