Tim Ky Noodle

I've been in California just over 10 years now and have not been able to find a good dish of Singapore Rice Noodle (since leaving Canada -- Toronto region). Well I found exactly that at Tim Ky Noodle (has a mix of Chinese and Vietnamese). And I've been craving it so badly (10+ years craving!!), which I didn't realize until I dug into it.

The noodles were a tiny bit firmer than all the times I've had it in Canada (over 2-300 times, likely), but they were satisfying, with onions, carrots, chicken, pork (I skipped the shrimp). I even ate the few pieces of broccoli. Now this is usually a spicy dish, but TKN's is not. I had to add hot paste and sauce for my liking.

I plan to go back to try some of the other items -- however I'll be having another plate of SRN some time soon.

Unique dining and great food. Warm atmosphere and a little humid from all the noodles boiling. : ) but Definitely a must eat. I am for sure coming back.

YUM! YUM! YUM! Went here on my way to the airport, not that it's anywhere near the airport, but it's on my way into the city :) This was a great meal. It looked so busy, but we were seated right away. Waiter had great suggestions, kept our waters full and was very friendly. Definitely recommend, anything on the menu is going to be good, I promise!

Excellent little noodle place. Inexpensive, good selection for Vietnamese dishes.
The dry crispy noodles are great and unique. A must try.
Their soup noodle options are good too. Tastes fresh. The wontons are also a must try.
Service is quick and polite.
Take outs are also simple and fast.
At busy dinner hours there can be a waiting lime to be seated. But parking is never an issue.
