Bale French Sandwich Mira Mesa

So I’m always on the hunt for a Vietnamese deli close by. Coming from Washington state and being able to enjoy the international district in Seattle I was very disappointed to see how very little options I had out in San Diego. This place popped up on my Yelp and I had to give it a try! When I saw it it was a Monday so I was pretty bummed but they were closed.
I work locally so I figured I would round up my coworkers and see if they wanted to order some Vietnamese sandwiches. We ordered chicken, pork, the combo, and several other dishes. Everyone was super impressed on how delicious it was. I really do you love the fact that they had other options that were grab and go. The cashier lady told me that they make all their food fresh in the morning and once they sell out they sell out! I am very glad to know that if I call and place an order they are able to hold some of the items for me. Everything was super delicious and super fresh!

Service was great! Greeted nicely by the owner and the food was prepared quickly. Reasonable price abd the food was delicious as usual. Thank you 😊

Best Banh Mi Nem Nuong in SD. Always super friendly and fast.

We've been getting banh mi sandwiches from Bale for over 10 years. The BBQ pork sandwich is our regular go to, but we have tried many of their different sandwiches including their egg, veggie and pate ones and they were all delicious. This is our favorite banh mi shop. Plus we get their sesame balls when they have them.

Get the Taro Boba, Shrimp sandwich and the sesame balls. Every Asian country have some type of sesame rice cake balls. Theirs however is flawless, why? excellent ratios of filling to cover and their sandwiches also. Whenever I fly in, I stop there first, whether it be breakfast or lunch.
