The wine we had didn't thrill any palates though was good. Glass price is what you'd pay wholesale for a bottle which I find a bit hard to swallow . Beer selection is very well curated, with a couple out-of-towners on the list, though a bit higher priced than most. The service is mixed: each of the staff helped, took orders and served, but we didn't have a designated server which led to confusion for us. It was clear we were being talked about (but I'd much rather we'd be communicated with and treated more like friends/guests). The food is the clear star of the show here, and worth the frustrations mentioned above, so don't miss this casual gem of Kensington. P.S.-Beer-nuts rejoice: Clem's Bottle House is a stones-throw across Adams
Great selection of wines by the glass and by the bottle. Also really nice flatbreads. We had a fig and blue cheese flatbread that was great. Nice ambience and friendly staff.
.
My friends and I had such a wonderful time at this place. Our server was something right out of a classic European movie. We had appetizers and tasted a variety of wines. The atmosphere was amazing. The food was just the right amount and complimented everything we were drinking. Perfect place to chill with a group. Be warned- a bit small. So get there early.
Awesome as always. Great staff and fantastic wines. And the food is superb too!
First time here, from L.A. area. The parking is an adventure BUT... once you put your foot inside the street facing glass doors, time to exhale and be One with the cool resurgent vibe of a small town on the rise, so the heavily packed narrow streets of the neighborhood feels more like a welcoming embrace! And the wine selection? Solid!!
