De Luca's Restaurant

I was in the Area and wanted pizza so I tried this place out, they had for take out Soo I ordered the veggie pizza and it had artichokes, mushrooms, red onions, and olives and ask to add sausage, the crust and sauce were very tasty, the hot wings, and anti pasta salad, everything was very delicious and the staff was very nice. There is no dine in but a lovely park around the corner and we had a picnic, it was great to get some vitamin d :) I will definately come back to support.

I ordered De Luca’s special pizza, buffalo spicy chicken wings, cream soda. I am more of a crust > topping person and I loved how perfect the crust was. The owner made me fresh hot pizza cz I was late to collect my order. Really appreciate the service.

De Luca's is great. It's ~2min off the 805 and super close to Balboa Park.
I got a large Rome Speciality pizza and the 9 jumbo wings appetizer. The Rome Speciality is a superior pizza. It was super filling, cheesy, and the crust was just perfect. There was so much cheese that even a little bit of cheese got onto the top of the pizza box. Luckily, it was easy to take off and eat haha. The artichokes and mushrooms were good toppings to the Rome Speciality. There are 3 diff kinds of cheese on the pizza which blended well together. Their pizzas are def good for a pizza night or even grabbing and go to Balboa park for a picnic nearby. Check De Luca's and get the Rome Speciality. You won't regret it.
