This is such a fun place for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or having a romantic dinner. The food and drinks are always delicious! I was there celebrating a birthday. The lamb chops are cooked to perfection as well as the saffron rice, chicken tangin and drinks!. The Moroccan sangria is yummy as well as the Moroccan Kiss! The atmosphere and ambiance really adds to the eating experience!
I admire this spot! They prepare high quality food, they have a rich menu, The chief cook in that restaurant is a specialist, I love a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always of high class, the attitude towards the visitors is helpful. I visit often this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend this place.
Kous Kous is an excellent restaurant with fantastic food, immersive decor, and great staff with a passionate and caring owner. This has definitely become one of our favorite SD restaurants! You can't go wrong with any dish, but the Tagines are especially delicious!
We love this place and will continue to come here for as long as they are open!
Okay this place rocked our socks! From the cool way you have to walk down a few steps from the sidewalk to the awesome decor and amazing food, we were impressed! I ordered the chicken tangine and my husband ordered the Berber lamb shank tangine. Both tasted incredible! Talk about falling off the bone, melt in your mouth meat. Our server was attentive and sweet. We will absolutely be back here again.
The food is made from SCRATCH with major love. The dishes will tempt you to recreate this experience in your own home. The Morrocan carrot salad was a plus, and so were the entrees, for that matter. The service is A+, because of friendliness , professional neutrality and individual freedom of textile expression. A cultural experience in one sitting. And speaking of love: the decor and seating is an encouragement to bring your peaceful rendezvous to the table. I can see why the owner is proud of his establishment. This is the investment to make, when you don't want to feel icky in the stomach after eating.
