McDonald's

Address: 5824 Montezuma Rd, San Diego, CA 92115, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“I was very happy with this location. Their customer service was beyond expectations. I went inside to order food to go. I got two chicken strips deal when you use the app you get another set for only $0.01. After my order while waiting for food to be cooked I guess it took longer than expected. I was on my phone just scrolling didn't really notice that it may have been taking long. The general manager decided to give me a card for a free burger for my wait. And then I guess it took a little bit longer then she offered two sets of fries. I thought she really wanted repeat customers. And I can appreciate that especially since customer service has been lacking in other restaurants and just in society nowadays. Tip is always expected and for a fast food restaurant I feel like she went upscale in customer service. I believe props should be given when deserved. This McDonald's general manager I believe her name was Rowena deserves it. * slow hand clap * I will come back again.”

You all were a pleasure to work with and we appreciate how quickly you filled our large order!”

Portion size is more than adequate. The seating area is very clean and still looks new after being open for 11 years. Andrew and Jose are two of the hardest working individuals you will ever find. Next time you are at the Caltrans building in Old town pay them a visit.”

GreensPlease Express

Address: 16691 Bernardo Center Dr, San Diego, CA 92128, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“It's a bit like a healthy version of the type of smoothy shop you might see in a mall, but smaller and they serve some of my favorite acai bowls as well. Atmosphere: There isn't much to say about atmosphere as it is a no frills maybe 20x20 (I'm not great with eyeballing dimensions) structure with no customer seating. That is alright since the building was designed for drive up customers at the windows on either its North or South sides. NOTE: They also accept walk ups, though I'd recommend only going to the North window which is more protected from traffic. Overall since the closest comparison that comes to mind is something like a mall smoothy shop, I think it is far superior. You don't have to go to a mall, you can drive or walk up, you deal with significantly fewer people, and I think the surrounding area looks better than most mall eatery seating arrangements. Service: Great. The two guys have been fast and attentive, plus congenial and sociable every time I've stopped by. One enormous plus which I recommend if you are ordering an acai bowl is you can text your order and eta to them and they will have it prepared by the time you arrive. NOTE: it is possible the guy on duty will not see the text if they are busy with other customers - there is generally only one on duty at a time after all. Cost: reasonable and comparable and even cheaper than than other acai shops I've gone to. Food Quality: ”

“This past weekend, I planned a group outing for my corporate work family. We took our employees to three different wineries in the Escondido area, Bernardo Winery being one of them. Prior to our visit, I coordinated with Sydney who was a delight from the start! When we arrived, Cory greeted us and helped us with anything we needed. She brought us to this great gazebo they had set up for us with water (it was finally a warm, sunny day) and bread with oil & vinegar. She shortly grabbed us games and introduced us to our server, Brian, who was also SO delightful. The food came out quickly and it was delicious! Seriously, not one bad bite. Brian was quick and very educated on the menu; he also was super friendly and happy to help. Between the both of them, we never had to worry. Cory & Brian both are great additions to the Bernardo Winery team and we will be back soon! On their service alone.”
