“Really good deep dish, crust is amazing and 2' of cheese! The red sauce is on the sweet side. Stuffed jalapenos were cheddar cheese, loved that. “Clean, quick service, off the beaten path. Jumbo Jack's are delicious, especially when they are free whenever a Padre hits a home run (@ a home game), the next day. Only catch is that you have to buy a large fountain drink. They have a multitude of those, more than any other fast food place. You don't have to have ticket stubs anymore.”

“This place is exponentially better than the old place (los nachos). I used to drive across Santee to Cotijas because they are the place to beat in Santee. I saw that Lagunillas changed ownership so i gave them a try and can say that they are as good as any place in Santee. They do some things better than others and some not as good but overall Lagunillas is top 3 easy in Santee. Try the Fatty Burrito (carne asada, beans, enchilada sauce and cheese) or the Super Nachos (carne or pollo with everything) and you cant go wrong”

“It's a cute and charming. I ordered the Linguine clam sauce dish, at the time it sounded delicious because clams were supposed to be cooked in white wine, butter, and garlic... yum right? It sounds like a great combo, right? Well when I got it, it was watery and lacked flavor. Adding a little salt and parmesan cheese helped, but not much. Sadly, that dish was the reason I had returned. I do remember it being tastier. ???? The Spaghetti and chicken parmigiana was delicious and my son enjoyed very much. Their bread was warm, soft and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would still go back and stick to the tomato sauce dishes. ????”
