“Had a weekday delivery order through DoorDash. Mama got a small pizza, good crust, ample toppings, but lacking sauce. Papa got a medium pizza, good flavor, tasty crust, but again, lacking sauce. The DoorDash app needs to add an "extra sauce" option... also, Papa ordered garlic on his pizza, but could not find any. Also, got the sweet chili boneless chicken, very good! Finally, the cinnamon cookie dessert was excellent! Everything delivered hot, overall really good, we will order again!”

“What a delicious pizza! You might be thinking ‘doesn’t SLO already have a lot pizza places?’ That may be true but My Friend Mike’s has now replaced previous favorites as the BEST in town. The crust is so flavorful (thanks, sourdough!) and a perfect texture. The sauce is clearly made from good quality, and all ingredients are clearly sourced with intention and attention to detail. We tried 3 pies (mushrooms & prosciutto, peppers & pepperoni, and sausage & caramelized onions) and all 3 were delicious. Easy to order ahead of time and pay online. Good prices for very delicious, gourmet pizza. VERY friendly staff inside who want to chat about pizza! Highly recommend My Friend Mike’s.”

“Delicious pizza. Deep dish, very filling. It's not the cheapest pizza for the size but it is twice as thick as normal pizza so even though the pizza wasn't huge our family was full. There is a full bar, I may be wrong but I think it's the only pizza place around where you can order cocktails, not just wine and beer. No kids menu, but it's pizza so hopefully your kids are good with sharing whatever you are getting. There is the sweetest older woman with a double personality that serves there. She is delightful. The setting is quirky, it was a traditional Mexican restaurant prior to being Benny's. He repainted and invited customers to bring in photos that cover the wall.”

“Whoever is running the games knows what they are doing. Since going and enjoying pizza and games my kids beg to go back. They have this awesome block game where you pile up the blocks. “This is the best meal I've had in Paso in the ten years that I've lived here. The chicken sandwich I had was HUGE, crispy, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. I ordered a peach soda, corn bread, and some of their banana pudding. You can tell everything is made with love and care, and is absolutely delicious. I wanted to take a picture, but I seriously could not stop eating. I don't know what they put in that banana pudding, but you simply have to try it when you go here. Also, the staff is extremely polite and professional, and the restaurant is spotless.”

“I love this subway, I see a lot of awful reviews but it must be the wrong subway, they gave excellent service and great food, I go there a lot they don’t complain when i ask for more meat or veggies. They often have a long lunch rush, but I asked and there only supposed to have 2 people on staff usually. Mainly high schoolers but very nice people! They always make sure to confirm what I said so they get it right. I really feel like they gave me the attention a customer should get.”

When a team member had to ask customers to wait outside as the lobby would exceed the 6 person max, she was firm but polite. Great food as always! “I brought my Golden Retriever with me today - July 11; National Slurpee day because it is her 1st birthday and her name is Slurpee!!! The owner/manager was so polite and kind even with the swarm of kids getting their free Slurpee. When I told him about my dog he thought that was so fun so he came out & took her picture! Hot day in Atascadero and lots going on but still thoughtful! My Slurpee drink hit the spot! Coca Cola flavor had to beat!!! Thanks again!!!”
