This is a modern Korean restaurant, serving new style of Korean cuisine. The servers are very friendly and smiley. The food quality is good, the portion is big for the set. I want to try the 2 big pot next time.

Super friendly staff and overall enjoyed the modern and clean vibe of the restaurant. I tried the seolleongtang and galbijim. I would say the soup was a bit lacking in richness and flavour but the meat portions and quality were top tier. Galbijim was good but slightly smaller portion than expected.

Saw a new Korean restaurant with kalbi Jim so had to try it out. Stopped in for dinner with my friends. We ordered mandu dumplings and kalbi Jim for 3 and 1 kid, the staff ensured us it was enough food. Dumplings was really tasty, probably the best I've had in a restaurant. The kalbi Jim was tender and really good. Overall great food and friendly staff. Portion size is pretty good, we still had a little too take home.

As a Korean, I could finally find best casual Korean restaurant in Bay area. Food is authentic and very delicious. Yukhwae, hongdukke mali, Galbijjim, Gomtang - all of those were delicious! Highly recommend this place. They had Korean drinks which I loved.

They literally opened two weeks ago and it is POPPIN

We waited 20min on a Monday night (holiday) and when seated, I love how spacious each tables are. Service is great and relatively quick, but food did take awhile to come out.

Yuk-hoi - 5/5 beef tartare is so good! It pairs so well with peach (I think it was peach slices) and the sauce was dense and flavorful

Hongdu-kke Mari - 4/5 eyeround roll was good (we needed some veggies) but definitely drown it in sauce that it comes with

Modeum Sul-Long-Tang - 2/5 unfortunately this soup was so disappointing (I've had tons of Sul Long Tang back in Ktown LA - you don't need much salt and it's so flavorful with the meat broth).

Unfortunately this was abnormally bland and even with salt, it was so off. Plus I don't eat with much salt and this somehow was still too bland for me LOL. I think the meat they added wasn't cooked in the broth and maybe the broth did not boil with enough beef bone :( tasted very water down

I'll still give this place a 4/5 for their other dishes and the vibe, and I'm sure their other dishes like Jjim is way better than their Sul-Long-Tang. Will go back and try other dishes :)
