“Came here for a tea break. Nice layout, bright, lots of natural lighting, good size with outdoor seating. Reasonably clean! Good service! Surprisingly empty on a Sunday afternoon. Used to really enjoy this chain's sandwiches and salads. But nowadays it just seems that the quality of its bread and cold cut meats have both deteriorated. The one closed to our area even closed last year. I hope they take a good review of their qualities and improve soon.”

“Good local joint. Order at the window, even with a long line, there was plenty of seating. Done if the better donuts I've had. The dough is very fluffy and I imagine if you can get them early nothing right out the fryer they would be out of this world. Coffee is solid, and great options. I didn't try their espresso. I had a Ruben which is my favorite sandwich. The bread was a marbled rye, which was good but could had a stronger rye taste. The sauerkraut, dressing and meat were all great. There could have been a bit more meat. Overall I'd say 8/10 Ruben. The side of homemade chips was great, thinly cut and cooked right. They were simple, but a great side. My friends got scrambles and they enjoyed them as well, would be something they ordered again.”

“Even in a city where there are lots of good eateries this is a little gem. The feeling of being cramped in this tiny place melts away with the sipping of wine and the smells passing the nose from plates of food arriving at close by tables. There is a sense in the air that everyone is joining in a very special experience. The arrival of the food was very prompt. Particularly notable was the complexity of flavors in the meat sauces. We took choices only from the hot dishes this time. We look forward to many returns and to trying the many things on the diverse menu, from the hot and the cold plates.”

“I fall in love with Panera Bread Bakery for couple years now since I did my internship in Foster City. Both savory and sweet bakeries are tasty with reasonable price. After my internship, every time I have a chance, I pack a big bag of the bakery back with curious eyes of friends and other customers (like I never had bakery bread in my life). My favorite is Wolverine Bread. Best if you brink it back home, toast in the oven, and have it with anything you like.. butter, jam, or peanut butter.”

“The Mediterranean scramble was delicious. We came for brunch on a Sat morning and were able to get a table for two in 15 minutes. I was already familiar with the original Alana's Cafe in Redwood City before coming here; I'd always get the oatmeal pancakes. Super yummy and this place serves the same quality of food. The oatmeal pancakes can be quite filling so order the short stack (2 pancakes instead of 3) if you're not too hungry. For drinks, I appreciated that they had decaf options for the tea. I had the English Breakfast tea and they serve it as loose-leaf, steeping in a tea ball inside the mug. It's up to you how long to steep the tea for. I steeped mine for 4 mins and it was fine. It tasted very good for a decaf tea. I like to have my tea with milk and sugar. I'm particular about the balance of milk, sugar, and tea intensity. So I was a bit dismayed when one of the servers came and poured some more hot water into my mug without asking me first. I know he was taking initiative and trying to be helpful but if I had realized what was happening I would have asked him not to do that. I had to put the tea ball back inside to recover the balance that I wanted in my tea.”

“Was good. A popular place with pilots. Nice but small. Food was good overall. But the very center of my "med" cooked burger was still raw. I was hungry so I still ate it. Atmosphere was exactly what you want from a place of this size. The decor screams airplane and I loved that. Pictures and model planes galore! Staff was very friendly. But I did get a sense they were being taxed by being at max capacity at the time of our visit. French fries were perfectly crunchy not over done. If I am ever in the area again. I will eat there. I've already recommended this establishment to my brother and friends.”

“Originally, I thought I wouldn’t be satisfied with the tuna salad for brunch, but after finishing the meal with a delicious decaf coffee, I was actually perfectly full. The only reason why I give it 4 stars, is because the salad had canned beets, canned carrots, and canned pickles. Thus, it didn’t taste very fresh. However, I also tried the dark chocolate pyramid desert for $6.25, which was absolutely delicious! I would definitely get that desert again!”
