“It’s been about 5 years since I’ve eaten here. The food is good. But the place is a dump!! Old, outdated, dirty and broken. Water was dripping from a brown opens ceiling tile behind the register. The carpet is filthy. Barely any bakery items behind the case or bread on shelves and I remember seeing beautiful delicious loaves and a lot of goodies. It’s in a sad sad state which means people will frequent less. Spruce up the place, add some umbrellas outside and plants, better lighting inside and appealing product and people will return.”

“DELICIOUS!!! The broth was rich and creamy FULL of flavor!! It felt like I was eating in Japan!! The meat was tender and had flavor not bland. The noodles were on the thick side for me but it did not take away from the deliciousness!! It instead it added a heartyness to the meal. Oh and the packaging for take out was impressive: a nice big bowl with my broth in another separate container and it came with a soup soon that you rarely see in take out. The menu is simple but it works because they concentrate on perfecting the dishes. Sighhhhh! I'm gonna miss them since I'm not from San Jose 😢”

“Had a really good experience here with one of the baristas/cashier! I believe she was new but she had suggested me some pretty good drinks since it was my first time here. I had tried the winter romance under her suggestion with boba, and I absolutely loved it. I don't tend to get milk tea from low key spots like this but i decided to give it a try for the one time and I will def be back cause of this good customer experience !”

“This Greek Spot is now my goto spot for Greek food! When ordering the staff answered my questions about the food and it’s variations. The photos behind the register were useful as well. Their menu clearly labeled what was vegetarian and what was not which helped me out. While waiting for the food I got to absorb all the culture around me! The restaurant has cute little tables with real flowers for decorations!! Multiple rich canvases around the walls with locations of Greece. And of course Greek music playing in the background! But my favorite was this Poseidon artwork on the wall next to the name. The food came in nice and hot and there was a good quantity to it! The falafel wasn’t spicy and had good flavor. I did get some extra hot sauce on the side. The hummus tasted fresh and smooth went well with the pita! Also the parking, restroom, seating indoors/outdoor, location…etc all good!! Definitely stopping by here again!”

“Avocado smoothie at 50% sweet with grass jelly. They were out of honey boba - not really to be counted against them because it was very nearly closing time. I chose grass jelly as a substitute and liked it even better than boba - perfect with this smoothie. The avocado is fresh, real, not powder and plentiful, completely smooth & cold. The ice is blended down to the consistency of powder snow ❄️❄️❄️. The taste & good feeling from this smoothie is now going to be almost an obsession. The woman who had made it came out, after I'd been drinking it awhile, just to see what I thought. I told her it was amazing. She said, "Yes! I love that one too." “This restaurant and their service is not only adorable but the food is really good too! We had the Tofu Skin as an appetizer, XLB and spicy clam special stone pot. All were delicious, and let me tell you, they weren't kidding about the special stone pot being spicy (in the best way possible). They did tell us they can adjust the spice level if you ask though. They prepare the soup (which can be shared) in front of you and the aroma once the soup hits the stone is amazing!. The service was wonderful and accommodating, and just charming all around Would definitely recommend for a different experience and to help support a new small business!”

“I decided to check them out while visiting my grandma at The Villages. My toddlers were hungry so I ordered them a grilled cheese with tater tots and a side of bacon. The food came pretty fast considering people kept coming in to do take out. My daughter loved the side of crumbled bacon and my son enjoyed dipping everything else into the maple syrup that comes with it. I look forward to bringing my grandma there for breakfast when they fully open up, and to see what fun things they come up with for the breakfast menu as well as seeing how they decorate the inside.”
