“Just a few days ago, a friend at work told my spouse about the Brazilian food, market and specialities at DL Brazuca. Today, we had the privilege of enjoying the Monday lunch special. Mind you, if you do order from here, everyday is a specialty, plus there are quite a few other single-side items available. Our Picanha lunch special was outstanding. Homemade Farofa-out of this world, blend of Luis's spices for the tender Picanha and just enough meat for lunch. Brazilian Brown Beans were delicate and delicious, lightly seasoned and not distracting from the other flavors. I did not take a photo of our lunch, I was too hungry to photo-op. I will tell you, we enjoyed the Picanha, an Esfirra, plus cheesbread, that we had to buy two big pies - Catupiry and Chicken and a Hearts of Palm. Yep, that's right, DL's food was that good, we ordered these for dinner. Two hours later, we drove to pick them up! What does this tell you? Dina and Luis, the owners are delightful and their business will continue to grow as word-of-mouth spreads. Here are a few photos of what we bought today. We will be repeat customers for a very long time to come. PS: When we got home, even with full bellies, we cut into the warm Hearts of Palm pie. OMG, I have to go now, I need more of it...”

“A lovely little mom and pop restaurant that gives you all the feelings of home. The owner is a sweet, muscular old man (who used to be a gymnast for the National team)! We ordered two dishes, one more on the recommendation of the owner and loved all three. Dishes were flavorful, noodle textures were al dente. Tastes like home, not because I’m from this region of food, but it has that homemade family cooked Chinese food flavor. The smile on the service was an extra bonus. Would highly recommend, definitely will be visiting next time we’re in town!”

“By far one of the best and most authentic Indian street food I've come across in the bay area. I tried all the items on the menu and each of them took me back to as if I was back in India again. The owner and everyone else are really nice, are experts in their craft and looking to introduce the rich and diverse Indian cuisine (break the cliche of indian food being only curry) at an affordable price. I would highly recommend it to people familiar with the dishes and for people who are looking to try something new and delicious! The only caveat is there is little to no seating place but the food can be consumed standing like traditional Mexican food trucks and they offer door dash and to go boxes (really good packaging).”

“The restaurant is new and it appears that they're still having staffing issues. I kind of anticipated that so I'm not factoring it into the star rating. The staff worked very hard to accommodate us and were very careful not to seat all the tables, obviously in an effort to minimize the pressure on the kitchen and wait time at the tables. I think this was a smart strategy, even though it maybe wasn't working quite as well as they hoped. The restaurant is aesthetically beautiful and warm. It's a wonderful space that works for a romantic meal, a group dinner or an business dinner. The staff are very professional, welcoming and thoughtful. The menu selection is eclectic but rings all the bells, there's something for everyone. The drink, beer and wine selections are diverse and excellent. We truly enjoyed our dinner here and have been telling all of our friends about how much we love Adrestia. We look forward to coming back again when everything is in full swing.”

The noodle is texture, the soup is flavorful and the meat on your choice is nicely seasoned and cooked. One thing is that they claim the level of spicy is not adjustable and I wish they could improve to adapt customers personal flavor but it is what it is.
